My daughter and I have always been greeted by the owner or her daughter with warmth and kindness when we have gone into the store! It is refreshing to have such great customer service and being remembered! Thank you! Michele Brown

Liked this place before, however, because of the recent ignorant and offensive posts my Kathleen Smith I WILLNEVER return again. Absolutely disgusting the way that woman speaks. Crude and offensive. For someone who is up in arms about how people act in public, she needs to take a look at herself and realize that her actions are not acceptable. Goodbye Book Attic.

What a horrible place!!! The employees are disgusting people who have no business working with the public since they condone beating any child who dares to be too loud for their liking!

As a parent of twin boys with Autism who has frequented your establishment in the past I am beyond disgusted with the hateful, ignorant rant your employee Kathleen Smith has made via YouTube. A business that caters to families including those with disabilities has no place for an employee such as Mrs Smith. I will make sure that my friends know about her and that those customers will take their business elsewhere.

Took my Dad to dinner at Changs Gourmet next door as this is his favorite local Chinese food restaurant. Afterwords he always goes next door to The Book Attic to peruse their Trades for WWII and other historical books and novels. This time I went with him. We were greeted at the door with a smile and welcomed to the shop, allowed to browse the selections. My Dad made small talk with the woman behind the counter, she actually remembered him from his last visit(almost a month ago!) and they talked books. I wandered back to the Sci-Fi /Fantasy section as thats where my reading interests live. They have a great selection of newer used and older out of print books and I picked up a couple of promising reads. They have a small lounge area and small coffee/beverage counter up front, it looks like you can sit and read as well as share your book with other bibliophiles. I’m actually looking forward to coming back and checking out the rest of their selection.
