Salata

As with any Salata, the food is awesome! But as the other reviews have stated, this location needs some serious help. I’ve been here multiple times and the staff has been extremely rude every time. They rush you through the line and act like you are wasting their time by even taking a second to look at what toppings they offer. I went with a friend who had never been there before and was trying to figure out what toppings/​dressings she wanted and they kept huffing and puffing giving dirty looks. There wasn’t even anyone in line behind us! They are EXTREMELY stingy with meats, toppings, and dressings. They charged my friend a $ 1 per scoop of extra dressing and double charged her for chicken because she asked for a couple more pieces bc they didn’t even give her a full scoop the first time. I can guarantee you she will never be back to a Salata. If I hadn’t already experienced more enjoyable locations, I probably wouldn’t be back either.

Unfriendly service and going to charge for and extra little cup of dressing. Really!!! I’ll go to the other one 15mins away next time.

I’ve been meaning to swing by this store since probably February. For some reason, I never ended up going. I had the extreme pleasure of having dinner here last week and I could not have been more pleasantly surprised. I think my salad cost $ 13, but I got doubt chicken so I expected it to be a little more pricey. I got the medium bowel and I’m glad I didn’t get the larger option because I didn’t even finish the medium!
Things I loved:
Everything looked fresh and crisp. Didn’t get any wilted lettuce or mushy veggies.
Honey mustard salad dressing.
They have the calories listed for every option. Helps you eat mindfully and gives you a really good idea of what you’re putting into your body.
Things I didn’t love:
They didn’t have my usual thousand island salad dressing.
They didn’t have french salad dressing.
Although they didn’t have my regular salad dressing, the honey mustard dressing was absolutely wonderful. I have been craving it since my last dinner there! They let me sample the dressings before I chose one which was great because I would not have originally chosen the honey mustard dressing. Overall — great experience and I will be returning!

This place is very stingy with their toppings and protein – There are 3 pieces (1 scoop) of Meat for Wraps & Small Salads-​This only applies to both the Cypress and Tomball stores. I support small business (Mom & Pops)-but don’t franchise a Good name and cut corners/​nickle & dime your customers.

I love salad! Salata has a wonderful variety of items to build a yummy salad. Eat there often!

I was very excited about this Salata opening as it is so close. However, I will probably drive the extra 15 minutes and continue to use the Salata at the Vintage as my primary – they are much friendlier and definitely much more amiable when you ask for a few more grapes, feta or bean sprouts etc. At this location, it feels like you are in the «no soup for you» line from Seinfeld! An atmosphere that you actually may be getting someone in trouble for even asking for more of what you should have received more of anyway for a large salad. I always tip at the Vintage Salata because of the excellent service and their generous spirit… I never tip at this one because there is no service and they are not friendly.

I love that they opened this location just down the street from me! It’s been fine the last few times I’ve been– a normal salata experience. The only complaint I have is that they do not toast their bread! I don’t even think they have a toaster… I’m kinda picky about that, hopefully they see this review and make some changes :)

I like this salata location– they always have all the veggies/​toppings in stock, the place is pretty clean, plenty of seats, and the spicy chipotle ranch is just too good.
I like salata in general (salad or wrap with unlimited toppings) and choice of carb (wheat pita chips, white bread, wheat bread, etc). The only think I dislike is the price… I’m not sure how, but I always end up paying $ 11 or $ 13 for a salad. It so good though and I don’t feel guilty eating it.

Holy cow! You get allotta salata for your money! Everything looks super fresh! Loads of veggies and fruits for your meal! The turkey is so smokey good! If you want something quick, fresh and healthy go here!
