Went in there with intention of upgrading my phone. Lazy sales rep had no intention of helping me, just short answers that left me with more questions.
Can you tell me the memory options on the new iPhones? Can you tell me the prices? Answer: «can you wait 10minutes so I can open the safe?»
Open the safe to check on the price? WTF?! I just wanted to splurge on a new phone, why can you just tell me my options, help me out, and make a sale? Literally walked in there to spend a lot money on a brand new iphone and I felt I was bothering them. (Bothering them in their empty store!)
Walked out and and went two doors down to Verizon to open up a new account. Yes, canceling my Sprint line first thing tomorrow morning.
