Bought an IP6+ at this Tomball location. Immediately started having issues with the phone. On the 14th day, apparently the last day that I could return the phone, I had enough and called Verizon support about the issues. They could not assist me, so transferred me to apple. Apple asked me to do several phone reset and restores from different backups, and then said if all else fails, restore as a new phone. I did what they asked over the next 2 days, but on the second day the phone shutoff and would NOT power up. Went to the Tomball Verizon store where I purchased it, but was turned away since I was outside my 14 day return period, by 2 days!!!, despite my repeated issues with the phone that obviously indicated that the phone is defective. The manager’s choice to send me away nearly made me close my 9-phone($ 500 month) account with Verizon. I am still smoking mad. Apple swapped out the defective phone but not until I bought the $ 129 Apple care! Lesson– RETURNALLPHONESWITHISSUESNOLATERTHANTHE14thDAYREGARDLESSWHATTHEPROBLEMIS!!! God speed to you all!

Thomas, who is the manager, has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in any kind of store in my life. The store has gone downhill for the past several years and we normally go to a location about 20 minutes away, but we chose to go to this one again because of it’s convenient location. We will make the 20 minute drive from now on and go to a store that actually cares about their clients! Try to get a district or area manager to call me about the concern and no one has called for four days. Do you want to hundred number you call for customer service appears to care but they can get no one in management to acknowledge or address the concern.

I disagree with the other reviews on here, but to each his own. This is by far the best Verizon store I have ever been to. My wife and I stopped by after work to activate two new phones, get data transferred over, purchase two new cases and change aspects of our data/bill plan. Everyone there was friendly and super helpful, especially Adam. He was our customer service tech and went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied. I would recommend this Verizon store and Adam especially to anyone needing any type of service done with your phone, bill, accessories, etc. I will definitely be back!

I loved VZW coverage when I had them years ago so I was thinking of switching back to them from AT&T. So I came to this location, no one greeted me as all the employees were huddled among themselves. One lady did step out and help me along but frankly she just wasn’t friendly. It was weird and she didn’t know much about the differences in the phone. I’d still go and play around with the phones but I assume they don’t get paid commissions by the lackluster service I received.
