I broke a nail, I did not want to drive to cypress(to the place I originally got my nails done.) so I chose Tomball nails as a quick fix, walked in and was greeted by the front desk lady, she was nice, I told her I needed one nail fixed, the lady I was sent to did not even look up from her phone when I sat down, or speak to me the entire time I was there besides small one worded instructions. I asked how much it would be she said 3 $, when I went to pay I was charged five… They are not careful with the drill. If your looking for a spa day DONOTCOMEHERE… I won’t be back. Ever. Glad I didn’t get a full set.

I’ve been searching for a reliable, nice, customer service oriented nail salon for a while now and this place definitely was NOTIT. Walked in and a sweet older man greeted me which was pleasant. I told him I needed a Mani/pedi with shellac. He gave me a deck to choose from and took me to the pedi chairs and filled my water. The chair was nice, great massage, even massages your bottom. Sat a bit, soaking my feet, waiting. 40MINUTESLATER a girl finally starts on my pedi. Mind you nobody said a word to me the whole wait. Most people would have left by now but I was willing to still try them out. The girl rudely tells me I have the wrong deck to choose from and hands me the right one but I already had my heart set on a color from the other, mind you I had 40 minutes to pick it but again I just blew it off and picked a new color. THEN the lady asks what type of pedi did I want. Well, this is my first time here. Can I see the list? She had a very hard time finding it and come to find out there’s only really 3 choices, $ 20 for the really basic, $ 25 for the basic and $ 30 for the supposedly deluxe and in parenthesis it says 45 minutes — 1 hour. I picked the«deluxe» and the girl breezed right through and finished my pedi in 20 minutes. The absolutely worst pedi I’ve ever had. Weakest massage, sloppy cleaning and my polish dripped everywhere. It was terrible but I still kept my cool. Then it was time for my Mani. Another lady did this. She was a little more attentive and actually at least smiled and asked if I was okay. I maintained my patience still and said yes and then the girl that did my toes stepped in and drilled the shellac off my fingers so that they could hurry to get my Mani done… DRILLED it off. The point of shellac is to preserve your nails and when you drill it or sand it off you’re ruining your nails… even I know this. Rrrrrr! Just thinking about all of this is boiling my blood. To top it off I never got my shoulder massage that I saw all the men get when they got their Mani and pedis. Needless to say I WILLNEVEREVER be coming back to this place and I definitely don’t recommend anybody else come here either. They rush right through everything but have you waiting forever. I’m disappointed all the way around. When I tell the older man my results as I pay he seemed to be shocked and told another lady there and then all of a sudden they become nice and say when I come back they’ll take care of me… no, thank you. Sure do hope it gets better there because this was honestly my worst experience ever.

TOMBALLNAILSINTHESHOPPINGCENTEROFKROGERINTOMBALL. The lady CUT my finger filing my nails. That’s how rough she was. She was BURNING me with the drill. She skipped steps when doing them. She made them so thin I broke a nail the NEXTDAY after just showering. When I went back in to ask for my money back($ 15) she REFUSED. only said she could fix them for me. She argued with me & lied to me saying she was the owner, then said she wasent. Wouldn’t let me talk to the owner, then told me she had cameras & if I wanted my money back to call the police. REALLY?! Just letting you know to NEVER step foot in this place & letting you know my experience.

Today was my 1st time in Tomball Nails. I have a regular nail place that I normally use but the sign outside this nail place caught my attention. They advertised a price for a mani/pedi that beat what I normally pay at my salon. Since my salons’s price recently went up I figured I would give this place a try. Turns out that cheap price they advertised is only to lure people in. In order to get the mani/pedi I normally get I had to pay a lot more. Not only did I have to pay more, they did a horrible job. My son could’ve given me a better mani/pedi. They don’t know how to paint nails, their tools are not sterilized. As soon as you complain about something there they go talking about you in their native language. I am not picky but I do expect a good job. If I explain how I want my nails done I expect it to be done that way. I wish I had read their horrible reviews before I went but I guarantee I will never go there again nor will I ever recommend them. Back to my normal salon.

I’m a customer at Tomball nails for about 3 months now, as far as I know Tina is a manager there. She is supper nice and very friendly. They have about ten people working there, some time you need to come to right place and pick the right people. Cathy, Sally and Kelly is the best. They take good care of customers and if you don’t agree something just talk to Tina. They even have margarita on weekend and shoulder massage for free with every pedicure. I will definitely come back and tell my friends about this place.

The photo I added says it all. I cannot believe someone would let this happen and then let you walk out like this.

They push you into services that you don’t work. When I added up the services I received the total was $ 2 more than what it should have been. I didn’t want to argue over $ 2, but I will never go back. If they overcharge every client by $ 2 it adds up. I’m so mad that I won’t even go back to have them fix my nail that got screwed up b/c they wanted their toe separator back before I left. Shady people.
