Service is great and the food is fantastic! We had crab curry, coconut roti, hoppers, yellow rice, and various items from the buffet. Everything was fresh and full of flavor. Definitely worth the trip.

Mediocre food. Ordered the Deviled prawn and the chicken biriyani. The prawn was very mild, bland and the portion was small, we actually ground fresh black pepper over it. The biriyani was tasteless and used a short grain rice which was unevenly cooked. Although the menu stated that the dish would have cashews and raisins. There was one (1) cashew and NO raisins. A large under-​cooked chicken leg and thigh was served with the rice. While separating the fried leg from the thigh, I noticed it was pink on the inside and was thrown in the garbage immediately. This food pales in comparison to the food truck close to Zuccotti Park for a fraction of the price (if you’re craving southern Indian food). Spare yourself the aggravation… Just have a cup of tea instead.

Ordered from here last night and everything was delicious! Has the spicy vegetable koththu and was not disappointed. The coconut bread was amazing as well. Can’t wait to try the rest of the menu! But the delivery takes forever… make sure you have plenty of time to wait around.

I went to Sigiri this weekend for a double date and had a wonderful time! The décor is simple but stylish. The staff is friendly and helpful in making decisions. Since they just opened and have a limited beverage menu we were able to bring our own bottle of wine too.
To start we split the appetizer sampler, which included 2 dhal vade, 2 fish cutlets, 2 vegetable spring rolls & 2 fish spring rolls, served with a sweet and spicy dipping sauce. For my meal I had the Kotthu Roti, which was among the top kotthu dishes I’ve had. My boyfriend got the dhal and pittu– again, it was absolutely delicious.
We had to try dessert, so we split the Watalappam and banana fritters– both were amazing and the perfect portion size!
I can’t wait to go back and try everything else on the menu! Sigiri is a wonderful addition to the neighborhood and I hope they do well.
