Sleepy’s

I give the one star to the sleepys company in general. I purchased a mattress from the NYC store and the mattress is terrible. I wake up every morning with a back ache. Since I’m in toms river, I was told to go to a local store and they would work with me on an exchange. Well, work with me they did not! Yes, he called «corporate» but this is how they get you. They don’t show you mattresses in your price point. Only more expensive ones. Then they charge you all sorts of fees to do the return. Then they even charge you $ 200 extra dollars for a split box spring. It’s crazy! Don’t go to this store but more importantly don’t go to any Sleepys. Stick with department stores who actually honor their satisfaction guarantee.
