Chilly Billy has been coming to City Honors for the past several years. The students look forward to him coming, weeks before our picnic. The quality of service, friendliness, and his prices are like no others! I highly recommend him for your personal or business functions!

As the marketing coordinator for a busy dental practice, I strive to find unique ways to thank other dental and medical practices that send patients out way. This will be the fourth year that Chilly Billy helps Winning Smiles thank its referral sources by visiting a slew of offices and treating their doctors and staff to ice cream. Each year, I hear the employees at these offices rejoice when they hear that Chilly Billy is in the parking lot– they look forward to that day all summer!
Bill is a great guy that knows how to make even the most frazzled dental hygienist or insurance specialist smile, and help them choose a treat that will cooperate with their Weight Watchers plan (or one that would make ignoring a diet as delicious as possible!). He is dependable, prompt with correspondence, and reasonably priced! I would recommend that anyone planning a party, or looking for a way to treat their team in a fun and unique way contact Chilly Billy!

I remember when chilly billys first started and since then they have done no wrong. They first started as your traditional ice cream vendor on wheels. Driving up and down the street serving all the kids playing outside. I remember hearing their distinct music and running down the street to get a Popsicle. His prices were and are still lower than the norm which makes me pick c.b. over the next ice cream man. Since those days they now do events/and party’s. What’s better than having the freaking ice cream man show up with delicious treats at your child’s party or your corporate event. Maybe that’s why Ryan Fitzpatrick chose them few years back. And if you have a good eye you can also catch chilly Billy’s at your local parade with a push cart full of goodie goodness! Keep up the great work me chilly billy. Can’t wait to see you around this summer
