My companion ordered garlic bread with cheese on a Thursday(today) and it took one hour to come out of the kitchen. Another customer, ordered chili and it took 45 minutes to come out of a kitchen that had very little bar trade. Of course I have no idea what volume the kitchen had but an hour for garlic bread is extreme.

Good food. Pizza and wings are typical buffalo style. I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat there but if someone were to suggest this place I’d have no issues with it either. I have fined in and gotten take out. I liked the hometown local bar/pizzeria feel inside. The wait staff was eh, but that comes with the type of atmosphere. The wait staff wasn’t terrible but wasn’t outstanding.

Great food, fresh ingredients. Out of the box, not your average boring selection, tc wheelers provides great variety and options. Best pizza and wings !!

Good pizza! We tried the Reuben and also pepperoni and sausage. It’s the good sausage also. Kind of a hidden away place but worth it. Prices are a tad high though!

It’s hit or miss sometimes. I have had great pizza and then I have had sloppy not so good pizza. I usually ask for light sauce so my cheese stays on the pizza otherwise it’s a serious mess. For pick up, if they say 45 mins wait an hour. One thing that turned me off almost totally was when I picked up my order the kid in the kitchen wasn’t wearing gloves and kept wiping his hand on his pants. I know how pizza places works but to see if while I’m waiting. Gross.

Living in WNY, I’ve been to a ton of pizza places in my time, but this place is by far my favorite. :) We order from here every other Friday, and have never been disappointed.

Let me start out by saying that we order out way more then we should. I hate to cook so when I got the tc wheelers menu in my mailbox I was excited to try a new place. We’ve ordered from tc’s about five times. Every time we’ve ordered pizza it’s been excellent. That being said the wings and fingers have been terrible. Probably the worst I’ve ever had. They are totally dried out on the outside. The last time I ordered I was told that the food would be to me within the hour. It took almost two hours. When I called to see what was taking so long the man on the phone was apologetic and said they were pretty busy. I appreciated his concern because I was prepared to be rushed off the phone like I normally am when I call to place an order. When the food finally arrived it of course was cold.

So another Saturday rolls around and that means one thing. PIZZA!!! This time around I was recommended to try TC Wheelers from a fellow co-worker based on how I like my pizzas. He told me you wouldn’t regret it, and I certainly didn’t! The pizza was so good it landed in my top 5(tied at #2) in the WNY area to date. When I opened the box, I was impressed to see real sliced pieces of sausage!!! Way to go wheelers! WAYTOGO!!! They stepped out of the«normal» in that ingredient alone! They claim to «load their pizzas up’ They certainly do! Plently of my favorites, pepperoni, sausage, onions and even cheese! So tasty and good! The dough was perfect, just enough crisp and flavorful! The sauce, very good! I can honestly see why they win best tasting pizza in Tonawanda! The price is a sticker shock! It’s very cheap! VERY«based on the general prices for pizzas around town» My conclusion… I love it! The only thing I don’t like is I wish they where in my neighborhood! TC wheelers, keep up the excellent pizza… I’m coing back for more!

The only real bad thing is the day bartender with an attitude that stinks. The only real bad item I had on the menu was the Chicken Cordon Bleu. The pizza is awesome. Lots of cheese and the cup and char pepperoni. The wings are really good and the tacos are huge. Occasionally slow but usually not overly so. All the other staff is friendly and helpful.

In the 5yrs I’ve been in Western New York I’ve eaten food from here many times. Initially they were our go to pizza and wing choice for our weekend delivery or takeout 2 – 4 times a month. As their delivery services became less reliable, we went to pick up. only. When their formerly great food quality began to slide, we went elsewhere. In the past year we’ve had maybe 4 pizzas from TC’s. It is hard to compare them for quality because of the inconsistencies. They were over cooked, under cooked, skimpy on the toppings, one must have either been dropped or had something heavy placed on top of the box because it had more toppings on the inside of the box top than on the crust. My fault, should have checked it before I took it home. On 11/03/2013 we decided to give them another try but ordered subs. One of which was a The Bomb sub. Note… the sub was listed under the menu heading Hot Subs which led me to think it was made hot by being placed in an oven. A few minutes after placing our order over the phone, a TC’s staff member called to tell us they were out of the sausage that normally went on The Bomb and we were told we could add any other meat they offered as a replacement. We asked for extra of the other meat on the sandwich, no problem. When we got our food home, I noticed the sub was very cold and had not been heated up… it was not hot as it was described on the menu. I called to ask why the sub was cold. The manager explained that the only reason that sub qualified for the Hot Sub category was the sausage that usually was included was fried prior to being placed atop the cold ingredients. When I explained my confusion in thinking that the entire sub would be heated in the oven the staff member told me the category Hot Sub did not mean the sub would be hot, that only the sausage they were currently out of would be hot. The staff member went on to argue(with herself) the point that I was wrong for considering the menu section heading was a bit confusing. They did suggest in the future if I wanted a hot sub I should ask for it to be heated up. And they did offer to replace the sub but we declined… it was getting late. And the only thing wrong was the temperature of it. Could it be me and my interpretation of what the term Hot Sub means? Possibly. Tonight’s experience with their customer service combined with the decline in their food quality has taken TC’s off our radar indefinitely.

We are new to the area and are having fun trying out all the great restaurants of Buffalo! Almost every single restaurant in the area show their support of the military by offering a small discount to service members, not tc wheelers. in fact, when my husband asked, the woman seemed almost offended that we mentioned it. The food is okay, pizza is good but we will not return and will not recommend it to others. I would advise them to offer a discount(even small, its not really about the money but more about the support) to military. My husband also said the place was completely empty! not sure why because it was a friday evening.

Restaurant /Bar — Great food I have had their fish sub and meatball sub so far. The Fish sub(beer battered) is huge. The Meatball was excellent(home made meatballs) — Absolutely no complaints about this place.

To start out… they have a menu — and when you order — they charge you more than the what the menu says and claim that they have computer issues. Hello? So my family and I went in for dinner… and picked there because they’d have the football games on. We ordered their pizza special. The menu clearly states that the special comes with a 2 liter of pop. The waitress wants to give my family two beer pints of pop and call it even. We order, and about an 45 minutes later our food comes out. The chicken wings come out cold and the pizza hot. Probably the only redeeming thing about this place is that the pizza was excellent. The chicken wings would have been great if they only had come out hot. — Make sure to order the butter garlic wings. We finish and ask for some take home boxes and they then give us the bread-sticks that come with the special. I had actually forgotten all about them at that point. — Aren’t bread-sticks considered to be an appetizer? We get our bill and it’s not correct. I go to ask about it and they give me some excuse that the computer isn’t working correctly… The management then proceeds to make me look like a cheap asshole in front of all their customers and my family because I want the bill to be corrected. — If that money is really that important to them, why not put those prices in their menus. Anyways, while their food is tasty(especially their pizza), their employees and management seems lackadaisical about their service. I’d probably only recommend going to this place for their takeout.
