I am not a big reviewer, so the fact that I am taking the time to relate my experience with a fantastically dedicated team of individuals means a lot. Rolene and her team went above and beyond — even fighting for us with corporate –to solve a difficult shipping problem. I can honestly say that they care about the customer more than any shipping store I have used.

I use this UPS store quite often, to ship back returns with pre-​printed labels. The clerks are always friendly and always offer to provide a receipt for the drop-​off, which is great.
I haven’t had the need to pay to ship anything yet, but have stood behind folks who have and the clerks take great care in packaging and labeling items. It does seem pricy to ship — I was behind a couple who needed to overnight a house key to Florida and it was over $ 64… So I’m glad I haven’t had to pay yet.
The parking lot is large and it’s easy to park. Their hours are decent too — open at 8am.
