I would give this place 0 stars if I could. After a change in management the store went downhill fast! All the friendly employees that once worked here are gone. It seems like competent employees are few and far between.

This place is a typical Tim Hortons– nothing really out of the ordinary. The drive through is steadily busy, however, so I would suggest walking in– it much quicker than the drive thru. The staff was courteous and attentive, and even asked if I needed an extra bag for my takeout items. Would visit again.

If this were called IM Hortons then it would be an Internet Café where you’d go to AOL-​chat with people. And it’d be 1997. Those were the days, eh?
Colvin near Brighton location, not too far south of I-​290. Absolutely awful service. Been here twice now.
The first time was in 2013 and I had a particularly bad experience at this Tim Hortons. They had me wait about 6 minutes at the drive through and then were really rude about it. Then the 4 & 4 I ordered had what seemed like zero sweetness to it, and was room temperature lukewarm. Ugh.
The second time was not much better. Lukewarm again, Tasted okay, but for me, two strikes and they are now out.

This location is within walking distance from my place, so I go here often. Its smaller than the other Tim’s I’ve been too, but the only place you can really tell is in their bakery case. I’ve never had to wait to be served, but I’ve never gone in the morning when things could get crazy.
