This location is just messed up! I’ve tried 3 times to get the chicken /bacon wrap! They have not had the chicken every time! How does this happen ! Their customer service needs help ! There is one older women who is great at drive thru. Everyone else just earning their money!

Just ran here for some coffee, parking was non existent at all. But the service was friendly. I am enjoying my coffee and cinnamon bun. Parking is always crazy here no matter when I come. Leaving the parking lot can be dangerous as well with the drive thru traffic and the traffic on Sheridan so be careful!

I was here on a Tuesday morning. The lit was full & they were supper busy. I was sure I’d be waiting anxiously for my cup of coffee but when I walked in the effort I saw from the employees was incredible. There were staff behind the counter running from end to end, staff restocking, garbage a being emptied & our bagels & coffee were served in record time. I was so impressed with how hard the staff worked and how pleasant they were when serving. Of course the coffee is always great and the bagels were well toasted and proper amounts of butter & cream cheese were topping them. The thing I found most impressive were the staff. They were great and at least on this day worthy of 5 stars.

I love myself a nice cup of Tim Horton’s coffee, don’t get me wrong, but I much rather get it via the drive through. The parking lot is super dangerous at certain times of the day and I feel like if I exit my vehicle, I am going to get hit. The inside has yet to be remodeled like a lot of the other WNY Tim Hortons locations. The inside is also often dirty and don’t seem to be cleaned with any priority. The bathrooms are often unusable and lack cleanliness. The baked goods are rarely fresh. Their donuts don’t taste good, and often have a chemical taste to them. They lack on the cream cheese on their bagels and half the time, I’m lucky I get a small smear on them. Their made to order food is not of quality. It never tastes right. Ive gotten their Buffalo chicken macaroni and cheese before after hearing people rave about it and it was extremely watery. The only thing I will get from Tim Hortons is their drinks because of these issues. Overall, I feel like Tim Hortons is overrated(which may cause a riot, seeing I live in Buffalo) and the best thing they have going for them is their coffee. That is the only reason I keep coming back.

This Tim Horton’s is on my way to work, so I often stop in here for a quick iced coffee. The drive-thru goes quickly, which I do appreciate. I did recently order a steak and cheddar wrap for breakfast, but it gave me a stomach ache for the whole morning. That was disappointing. I do like that this location has a Coldstone inside. Since the Tim Horton’s is open late, Coldstone is as well. Oftentimes, this has helped me cure my late night chocolate ice cream cravings(this happens more often than it should. I am just a big fan of chocolate ice cream, what can I say?) I do like the bagels here, although they are sort of thin. The donuts that are filled(mainly the angel cream) seem to not have enough filling, so I would rather go to Paula’s for my donut fix.

If the whole bakery was made of old metal that is mined in Cornwall, England among other places, it’d be Tin Hortons. What to get: Large 4&4, Salted Caramel Timbits. I tend to call Tim Hortons«Timmy Ho’s» or «Hos» for short. I was just at this Tim Horton’s on Wednesday after dealing with the US Government all day. How fun. We came up to Sheridan & Delaware to get a slice of Mattina’s Pizza from the original location and then stopped off here for a coffee. The service was fine. The guy was really nice. The parking lot was a bit small and on a hot day there was no shade to park in so we went elsewhere to drink our hot drinks. My hot choc was fine. Her coffee was not completely piping hot but was still good. I’ll give this location an average three. Be careful when you pull out onto Sheridan, it’s a little bumpy because of the trajectory. As I’ve said before, I get an Extra Large 4&4, they are never for me, always for someone else. But I usually take a few sips before I deliver them to the right person. And sometimes in the middle of the night I came here to get some(so to speak) and it was the hottest, freshest, most delicious coffee I have had in ages. My conclusion therefore is that while many Hos will give you lukewarm service, this particular Ho is very very very hot, and delicious, and is better than all of the other Hos in the area. Not a lot of people come inside this Ho, but it’s quite snug and cosy if you do go inside. And if this was only open at Xmas it’d be Crimbo Hortons.

With that said, I love Tim Hortons. The place takes the cake. Some of the workers are very rude.(«Oh you wanted it double toasted?» Loads of eye rolling ensued). The one short black girl(I never remember her name!!) always smiles and is nice. My coffee is always right.

Good place. Friendly staff. However, some of the employees do have a tendency to hold your cup of coffee by the rim with their fingers(no gloves) instead of holding the cup by the handle. which is kind of gross) Once I refused it because I saw her smoking outside a few minutes before. She gave me a another cup and held the handle. However, after my order I saw her later serving other customers by holding the rim again When I observed her continuing, I did submit a a complaint to HQ’s. online and received a phone call from corporate as well as the store manager, saying this kind of thing won’t happen again. However, it’s obvious some employees haven’t been trained on the sanitary policy, as it continues with some employees.

Only went to the drive thru Fairly good location, a bit cramped in terms of the parking lot. Typical Tim Hortons. Review is for my experience going through the drive thru. Good: 3 cars ahead of me, still only took a few minutes Friendly and accurate service Quickly got my food and drink Easy to navigate parking lot back to the main road Fair pricing Bad: Chicken wrap was lukewarm Sauce was only at the bottom of the wrap, wasn’t constructed very well Overall, convenient and works for what I need.

I visit this Tim Hortons at least 3 times a week on my way to work. They only get 4 stars because the service is very slow in the morning when you walk in. Not sure why its so slow, they should hire more people. I would want to get people in an out. I seen the drive through line down the street, but I believe it goes faster than the line inside. There seem to be a large amount of older sensor citizens that go to this Tim Hortons in the morning which can make getting your Timmys in the morning longer than it should. Over all its, clean and looks like its up kept and have your typical Tim Hortons staple items on the menu. I’ll for be for some coming back to this Tim Hortons on my way into work in the morning.

I went to Tim Hortons /Cold Stone Thursday, July 4th. I arrived at 10:50pm and stood in line for five minutes while the employee behind the counter made someone else some Cold Stone ice cream. When my girlfriend and I got to the register at 10:55, the woman working the register told us, «Cold Stone in now closed, that was the last customer.» It was July 4th. We were the only people in line. Really? Worst customer service ever. Maybe Tim Horton was upset because July 4th is an American holiday and he instructed his employees to give a sub par effort and anger every red blooded Yankee.

Hailing from Las Vegas, we were unaware of Tim Horton’s, relying primarily on Starbucks, 7 – 11, McDonalds, to a lesser degree Dunkin Donuts, Coffee Bean, and several other places depending where we are. We are now official aficionados of Tim Horton’s coffee! Simply stated, it’s a lighter, more mellow taste than most every other coffee we’ve tasted. We enjoyed cups, both hot and cold, fully-leaded and decaffeinated, throughout greater Buffalo and the quality and taste was consistent — consistently very good, unlike many of the competing coffee houses which may be good but are reliably — inconsistent.(The only other consistent coffee brewed, literally over the span of my life without exaggerating is IHOP, without fail.) And to boot — the pricing is excellent, much less than Starbucks. The accompanying donuts were very good as well. We were struck by how pleasant, courteous and full of information the Horton’s representatives were overall, particularly one occasion when we ordered, inquired about the website and what was available and she not only took our order, served us, but returned with full information concerning our questions. It was interesting to see the parking lot at one Horton’s, around 11 am, full with about 16 cars plus or minus, about 4 cars at Dunkin Donuts, and a nearby Starbucks recently shuttered. Maybe there are other factors, but maybe, just maybe, it’s the coffee.
