Tim Hortons

Yes, this Tim’s is part of a gas station and no they do not have the vast array of menu items (which is why I gave them 4 stars) but this Tim’s isn’t bad. They are usually very quick and always get my order correct. As a matter of fact, one visit I was even given a $ 5 gift card for customer appreciation. The window folks always seem to be nice.
If you want a Tim’s coffee shop experience, go to a full location but if you need coffee on the fly and a donut, then fear not! This location is the place to be!

If Trent Reznor owned this shop it’d be NIN Hortons. It’d probably be much better than it is, too.
I’ve only been to this location once, and I won’t be going again. It was in the middle of morning rush hour, and my goodness, everyone was behaving primitively and full of aggression and heinous attitudes. I heard yelling, swearing, beeping, and saw several middle fingers. And all this just because three different sources of traffic were competing to get into the drive thru, causing major back up on all the streets. It’s a tiny, minute, infinitisimally (sp) small area with a very popular and over-​trafficked drive thru, which is also part of a gas station, so then factor in all the people trying to pump, or park at the station, and you have a nightmare on Elm wood. Freddy’s back.
So after waiting 10 – 15 mins and being beeped at a lot, I finally got served with a large 4 & 4 that was halfway between lukewarm and cold, was not sweet enough, was not milky enough, was not full anywhere near the lid, and came with an «f you» attitude from the server. Was this the worst Tim experience ever? Not sure, but it was up there.
Chain info: Canadian coffee chain that is literally all over Buffalo, where I always order the 4 & 4 which you should try… it’s very milky and very sweet and very delicious. It is for a good friend, but I always have some of it first (since I’m usually paying for it these days) and then judge it compared to all the other locations in town.
And if you’re full of coffee and can’t drink anymore, then maybe it’s Brim Hortons. That would also work if you wear old-​style hats, I suppose.

I wish I could give this negative stars. This location is HORRIBLE. I go there because it is right down my street and I stop there on my way to work in the morning. Yes they are fast but they are only fast because they literally get every order wrong. I have gone there 40 plus times and they have only gotten my order right maybe 10 of those times. Examples? How about asking for a large tea three sugars and getting a straight black coffee. Today I ordered the same, I got tea this time but they didn’t put sugar in it even though they wrote it on the lid. If you order more then two items expect it to be wrong. Taking my business to another location I’m sick of the stupidity.

This is a Tim’s in a gas station convenience store. It’s always busy and the traffic swirls around the gas pumps — but they move pretty quick and the employees are nice. They have most everything a regular Tim’s has — just in a smaller storefront.
