This location is just dirty and gross. I once ordered soup and they forgot to give me the roll that goes with it. I went back up to the counter to ask for it and the manager, I believe he was the manager, handed it to me without wearing gloves. Yuck! I went in to get some gift certificates and as I was waiting, noticed that behind the counter was a big pile of dirt. It wasn’t that busy that it couldn’t have been swept up.

I got a large ½ French Vanilla and a ½ English Toffee with a shot of espresso. It came out steamed hot and was so delicious. The customer service was amazing, and cashier Chelsea was the sweetest!
Now I see why everyone is crazy about Tim Hortons!

East Falmouth, MA
Since we needed a pick-​me-​up while on the road we decided to try out Tim Hortons for the first time. Overall, here are our thoughts… the coffee was incredibly delicious, the drive-​thru was really quick and the staff here was very nice.
In the end it was a great stop for a great coffee and we were happy that we decided to give Tim Hortons a try since they don’t exist in our neck of the woods.
