I went here with my boyfriend to get new phones and renew our phone contract. We went in on a week night and had to wait about 45 minutes to be helped. There were only 2 employees working in sales and about 7 – 8 customers looking to be helped who were waiting. We would have been waiting much longer than this except that most of the other people didn’t want to wait to be helped and they left without being assisted. All we wanted was to buy 2 iPhone 5s and renew our contract. It turned into a very long confusing explanation as to why we should select the contract free Next Plan vs the Mobile Share Plan. I wasn’t provided any pamplets or price listing during my time here — even though I asked for them. I was informed that the representative could just write it out for me to explain it to me. It felt sketchy to me that there was nothing in print that I could refer to. I was not satisfied with the help that I received at this location. I ended up just defaulting to my boyfriend to make the decisions on this because I was so frustrated and confused by the representative, who also informed me that he just started there — which was obvious. I will continue to do business with AT&T because I am satisfied with my wireless service otherwise — but I will never go to this location again.
