Nick, I’m not sure if it was the tires fault the roads fault or my fault… I don’t really care… I did not blame manufacturers, installers or anyone else in the tire industry for the bubble on the tire at 5000 miles… my issue is I purchased a tire 3 weeks ago that has a bubble on it… if you would like to keep my business you fix it. Then suggest I purchase road hazard… which was never offered but I would not of purchased it anyways… I was not wanting a discount or anything for free… you guys offered me 17.00 off of another new tire and a free oil change, so basically give you another 131.00, I was just wanting a tire that would last longer than 3 weeks… your company made a business decision that you would rather see me go else where for my future purchases than keep me as a satisfied customer… so I went and I look forward to you closing the doors soon, hopefully being replaced with a more customer friendly business…
