Since we were right next door at Day Break Café for breakfast.. . we stopped in to get ice melting stuff. They actually HAD it, unlike several other places I’d stopped at that were out. And, like the Dawson’s in North Beverly, they have your usual assortment of neighborhood hardware store stuff. No nursery, no big lumber. Nuts, bolts, seasonal items, and these little laser pointer/​LED light on a mini gooseneck/​keychains in a POP display that my kids conned me into buying at $ 2.99 a pop. Because, as we have established, I’m kind of a sucker.
