Tasty food, prompt service. Tried the pretzel burger with jalapeño peppers. Not very spicy, but otherwise good. Liz had chicken BLT and it was huge and overhung the bun all around. She thought it was very good. Sorry, no pictures. I was too hungry to wait!

My maximum rating for chain restaurants is 4. If everything is perfect. The prime burgers are great. Sirloin steak was good as well. The fries are blah, nothing special. Our server was friendly and attentive. Tiramisu was frozen. Whatever, just ate it later.

So it s been a while. The last time was about a year ago. I had the fish tacos. Do yourself a favor, and don’t. I figured«Hey, it’s been a while, let’s have a burger and salad bar». I had a fairly decent salad bar, the Blue Moon was icy cold, french fries were excellent. The burger was a smokehouse bbq. It was salty and very greasy. I mean bad. I was unimpressed to say the least. Better still, there was hard pieces of plastic in my ranch dressing. The manager Michelle removed the burger from the bill. that was nice. All in all, I’ll just go ahead and drive past Ruby Tuesdays from now on. SAYONARA!

I’m usually not a fan of Ruby Tuesdays. But this location is actually pretty good. Service is friendly and fast, except if you go on a weekend night, this crew struggles under the pressure and immediately begins fumbling with any requests. One Saturday night I went the salad bar was a mess and missing half the items but most nights I go it’s well stocked and clean. The food has always been cooked as ordered and the drinks are refilled quickly. If it’s late and I’m in the area I actually don’t mind this Ruby Tuesday.

Most of the time the service is excellent. However avoid busy times and weekends or expect crowded restaurant inattentive waitstaff and messed up food orders. The salad bar is fresh and absolutely love the croutons. I could eat a plateful of them. The appetizers are always a win. The buffalo chicken minis are one of my favorites. They have a great combination of sauce.

I am not one to write reviews, but I can not seem to help myself on this one. I even waited it out, to see if my view would change some, but it did not. I was never a big fan of Ruby Tuesdays, however we received a gift card for Christmas and our 1st year anniversary was on New Year’s Eve, so I figured why not give it a shot. Worse decision of my life, we arrived and were then shown to our table. The tables were so close together, that I could barely pull out my chair. So there I sat squished right up against the table, and the waiter didn’t even bat an eye at the fact that I looked uncomfortable. My boyfriend then asked if we could have another table, the waiter only looked flustered and said he will ask. Meanwhile, people are leaving and tables are emptying, and yet they keep seating people, forgetting all about our request. He came back and took our order and said nothing about our situation. Finally my boyfriend decided to just get up and find someone to talk to, he comes back and proceeded to tell me that half of the restaurant is reserved. Ok, so at this point I am only trying to forget how uncomfortable this table is, and how the lamp above me is so close to our heads it is giving me a headache. Finally our food arrives 30mins later, and we begin eating, and then the waiter comes over and asks if we would still like to move. We are in the middle of eating dinner, you really think we are going to want to get up now? And I am sure he knew the answer before I even told him. He then left and brought back our tab and said«no rush!» Wr are not even half way through our meals yet, are you kidding me? Who wouldn’t feel rushed after that? So we quickly finished up and got the payment together, and of course I had a BOGO50% coupon, so we also through in some extra cash to cover what was left. I tried to do some quick math, but I wasn’t positive i even did it right. The waiter came back and told us to have a good night, he didn’t even give us our reciept or change. Then after looking at our puzzled faces, he asked if we would like our change back? I honestly don’t know where he got his training, but you certainly should not just take what you think should be yours. I honestly didn’t really want to tip him at this point, but I wanted to leave even more. So there you have it, what a memorable way to celebrate our 1st anniversary together and the food wasn’t even that great.

I wish I could give less stars. However the corona-Rita I had was decent. Service– a nightmare. Whoever was waiting on us promised biscuits(twice!) and never brought them, until she brought weird squashed half looking ones. Rude, did not check on us and seemed to have no problem walking by the table ten times without making eye contact. The food was mediocre and the portions were small(weird right?). Turkey burger has no flavor and the ravioli was bland and sauce less. Worst part? The waitress took our copy of the receipt so we can’t complain specifically. Think this happens a lot? Avoid this ruby Tuesdays! The others(Auburn, So Portland) are great. Bummer!

3 stars because our food was fine but my daughter ordered the shrimp off the kids menu but they were not something a kid would eat. The breading was wierd/cornbready(and not in a good way) and spicy! She gave them to us. and ate when she got home.

Great lunch: Ordered the petite steak with the spaghetti squash & salad bar was really tasty. Friendly wait staff.
