Relatively long wait to take my order, had to correct the cashier in that I didn’t want a combo, and it took longer than most Carl’s to bring the food to the table.

Hadn’t had a Western bacon cheeseburger in a long time. Ordered a # 3, and unfortunately the burger and fries were room temperature, if not cold. Mmm… reheated bacon, like soggy bandaids. Won’t be back.

The food is good here but the service is lacking today. Seems like people are busy but not really concerned with the customer. I recommend people to eat here for the food and the service is not up to pare.

Drive thru experience was horrible. They had a sign saying that the drive thru was out of service. The sign was posted to the voice device when you go to order and was posted using stickers that said«no onion» rather than just using tape. Super tacky. We say hello to begin the order because there are cars in front of us, they say to please hold for a second. 3:38 seconds pass before they apologize and ask for one more second to be on hold. 56 seconds pass. At this point all 3 cars in front of us have received their food and left. We decided not to order our food and just leave. Waiting over 4 minutes just to place an order without any explanation as to why is poor service. There are other locations for us to get our breakfast from and we will no longer go to this Carl’s and urge others to go find another one near by rather than support this location.

Just had lunch here today — ordered a charbroiled chicken sandwich and fries… Terrible! This is perhaps the worse Carl’s Jr location I have been to — usually they are pretty decent fast food — though expensive than most but still their burgers and sandwiches are good but omg what I had — looked and tasted like it came out of a trash can. I don’t think it was even a chicken club sandwich they made — it tasted like it had bbq sauce so they also must have given me a bbq chicken sandwich. Total waste of my $ 8! not coming to this one again even though its near my work.

Typical fast food place. The food tasted like it would coming from any other Carl’s location. I would suggest not getting the chilli cheese fries because they just put the ground«beef» from their Green Burrito stuff and it really isn’t that good. Can’t go wrong with the spicy chicken or the western bacon cheeseburger. The meat has a good taste because it is charbroiled instead of just being put on a griddle. Fast food is starting to get pricey, so I would suggest going to a mom and pop place if you are going to be spending more money.

I came to this location at about 10 or 11. The guy at the window was such an asshole! He was horrible at helping me while taking my order. He overcharged me like crazy! I didn’t even tell him that he over charged me because I wanted to have any further communication with the guy. That’s how much of an asshole he was. I ordered two chilli cheese fries, two medium drinks and one medium combo. All this added up to be $ 15+. How!!! He didn’t even add the fries to the combo and to top it off he charged me for the medium drink in the combo twice! I will never be returning to this location again! I’d rather drive twice the distance than to go there again.

I came here twice around 1AM. Both times I had to repeat my order approximately five times to some Hispanic guy at the window. Second visit, I had to cancel my order and left. Working night shift is tough but he must’ve been really dozing off or something. Not coming back here at early in the morning.

Don’t even want to give this place a ONE star. Simply a horrible place to eat. I love Carl’s Jr but I prefer going to any other fast good restaurant in that shopping center than there. Worst customer service ever! Ordered my food at the drive thru and the girl was so rude! She had a snotty attitude! I order the big carl sandwich and when I got to the window I told the girl(I believe her name is JASMINE) if she could make it a combo and she rolled her eyes. She didn’t even ask if I wanted ketchup so I had to ask for it. Jasmine tossed the ketchup and ONE bbq sauce for my fries on my hands. Before driving away I noticed she didn’t give me a straw for my drink. I usually like to taste my drink before driving away but I was so done with this place that I completely forgot. When I got back to work and had a sip of what was supposed to be rasberry tea, I had to spit it out and throw it out. The drink was disgusting. It did not taste like rasberry tea but maybe one ounce of rasberry tea and the rest water. PRETTYMUCHWORSTPLACETOEAT! Very disappointing. Worst customer service ever.

This Carl’s Jr is usually pretty disappointing. Nine times out of ten, I walk inside this location and the employees are standing around, not being particularly productive. With dirty tables and a messy salsa bar, on top of completing customers’ orders, you would think they would have SOMETHING to do! So tonight I didn’t want to deal with any of that, so my mom and I went through the drive-thru. Surprisingly, the girl who took our order was really friendly and was able to apply the coupons we had to our order without much issue.(Usually, when I bring in a coupon to use, the employees look extremely confused, almost like they’ve never seen a coupon before in their life, and it ends up taking ten minutes to process it…) But I was pleasantly surprised with how smooth our visit through the drive thru was. Our food came out quickly and we had no issues! However, this one evening doesn’t completely make up for all the other bad experiences I’ve had here, so they only get three stars from me. Sorry Carl’s Jr.

Omg, by far the lousiest Carl’s Jr branch! The staffs are half asleep and service is quite long. I visited this place in the morning for quick breakfast and wished I haven’t gone there. The cleanliness is subpar. Tables are still dirty. Definitely not coming back. Gave it a 2 stars cos at least the breakfast filled up my stomach.

Ordered the turkey burger b/c lately I’ve been on a turkey kick. Yuk. Overcooked and spongey. I had the sweet potato fries. Ok but not hot. Def overpriced fast food burgers here. Use a coupon.

This place is such a hit or miss. The salads sometimes look like they were hit with a bat during baseball practice and then given to me. I had a lo-carb turkey burger yesterday and the lettuce weren’t in leafs, but in chunks. I pretty much had a salad in a wrapper. I do like that everytime I had to take something back, they happily make me a new one. The only good thing about this location — is the location.

Carl Jr. has fallen off. When I used to travel to the West Coast I was always amazing at the quality of the fast food out here. I first tasted Carls Jr. roughly ten years ago in the Tempe AZ area. I was amazed at the SHEER size of the burger. I remember going with a buddy of mine and they had a contest where you would make a face trying to bite into the burger take a picture of it with a cell phone and it would appear on the Carls Jr. website. I mean you need to make a face biting into it. This thing was HUGE. I remember walking away a fan. See that was cool interactive marketing getting the customer involved. Now in that decade certain chains have reduced portion size and the quality of their ingredients. McDonald’s, Applebee’s, and every single brand owned by the«Tri-Star foods» umbrella. I’m looking at you Pizza Hut, KFC and Taco Bell. I was wondering why I had not eaten at Carls Jr. since I have moved to California and now I know why. Its like you took the memory of that«Six Dollar Burger» I ate in 2003 and Super Mario jumped on it flattening it. The result: a flattened goomba of a burger. Dryer and much more of a processed feel than I remember. I’ve had Angus burgers at McDonald’s better than this. It was not cheap either. My Combo cost me $ 9.17. That money could have been much better spent at In and Out or Five Guys or for that matter(since this particular Carls Jr is in the South Bay.) On Standing Room or Umami Burger. I kinda figured Carls Jr had fallen off quality wise but I didn’t expect it to be this bad. Maybe its a one time thing with this location but there too many good burger places in LA for me to spend another $ 9-$ 10 for me to find out. The only cool thing is the staff brought your food to you and they do cash back. Other than that a pretty worth less experience.

Just got sick from their breakfast — stay away! 1 person working Sunday morning?! Breakfast burrito was soggy and tasted like it was sitting out since the night before. Biscuit itself was good, but the filling was disgusting. Will never be back.

The worst $ 3 ever spent in my life were at this Carl’s JR. On this fine Monday morning 8am, Drive-thru was empty, perfect I thought, I wont be late for work. I have never had Carl’s Jr for breakfast so I thought I would give the biscuit, sausage, and egg a try. Combo was only $ 3.50, what a bargain, right?! WRONG!!! I ended up trowing it away! The meat patty or sausage(whatever it’s called) was of a discusting brown color, like if it was days, forget days, maybe even weeks old! The potato tots were soaked in what looked like recycled and reused oil! YUCK! The coffee was tasteless, oh but hot(so I guess 1star for that). I repeat the worst $ 3 ever spent!

I have been coming here for a few years on and off since I work down the street. The main reason I don;t come more often is this particular Carl’s Jr is not every good at all. The ALWAYS overcook the meat and they can NEVER seem to cook it less even if you ask them. When you go through the drive in the try to give you this disgusting homemade ranch dressing that tastes like they added a hint of seasoning to mayo. I asked them once if they had the normal ranch and they said yes. Good to know you cheap skates. The wait staff is below average. One time a even had a kid(6?) of one of the employees yell at me while she was with her mom who was on brake. Not one person told the kid to not yell at strangers nor did one person(to include the employee mom) even say sorry to me.

Chicken sandwiches are not too bad here. Not my favorite place to grab a bite to eat, but its decent. I’ve heard they upgraded their fries but I don’t notice an improvement. Still, if I want a good burger and fries, then In N Out is where I’m going
