Just visited this Carl’s Jr. Today for lunch and had a pretty good experience. The African American woman at the drive-thru(didn’t get her name) was very sweet. I ordered the El Diablo with onion rings. The El Diablo was the best I ever had it, so delicious. And the onion rings were good as always. I’d definitely come back.

This place is ok for a quick meal, their fries were too salty for my taste. The rest of the items ordered were decent, warm and fully cooked. Restaruant is clean except for the soda fountain area. Employees are fairly nice

The real deal for only $ 4! You get double cheese burger, spicy chicken, small fries, and a small drink. I can’t finish it all but super cheap! It’s pretty clean inside and the service is quick. The workers are always cleaning the drink area and moving around, so that also a good sign.

I’m sorry, but most of the employees at this location are unbelievable morons. Every time I go I tell them I want a combo, then 2 seconds later they ask me if I want to make that a combo. I ordered a single Mushroom and Swiss burger and the cashier told me that it doesn’t come as a single. I point out to him that it says single or double on the menu and he just has this blank, vacant look on his face. Food is alright, though, otherwise I wouldn’t keep coming back to this location.

I am writing this review out of caution to anyone who decides to embark on a Carl’s Junior! Tuesday November 2, 2015 @ about 6 pm I visited this Carl’s Junior location. I ordered a big chicken sandwich lettuce wrapped and two other items. I get to the drive thru pay window and the clerk asks me to pull to the front of establishment to wait for my order so that it can be «cooked» thoroughly and fresh. I gladly wait for only a few minutes more. Once I receive my I drive off and decide to pull over to eat the chicken sandwich. Once I take two bites in I notice there is BLOOD in the middle of the sandwich. I immediately feel sick and spit the remainder that was in my mouth out. Uncooked chicken can cause or lead to salmonella poisoning, Campylobacteriosis which causes cramping, abdominal pain, diarrhea and fever and usually appear between two and five days after consuming contaminated foods… and other horrible icky illnesses. I immediately returned to this establishment and asked for a full refund and the number to their corporate offices! DONT eat here… health risks involved!!!

Food is always dry. Never fresh tasting and bland. Only worth getting the fried stuff. Disappointing when you want a good juicy beef never thought that carl’s could be so bad.

I realize it’s fast food but I’ve never been disappointed by a Carl’s Jr till now. Let’s start with my cold #2 and when I mean cold I mean. The buns weren’t up to par, falling apart and stale. Practice checking your food before you drive off. You have been warned.

They remodeled this Carl’s Jr. locations form what I remember it growing up. This place now has a drive-thru and a modern looking interior. Located on Redondo Beach Blvd and Van Ness Avenue, it serves primarily locals of north Torrance and south Gardena. The patrons are varied, and the food is hearty. I’ve never been too fond of their desserts or their heavier burgers, but their chicken sandwiches are still legit. My personal pick from this place is the Santa Fe chicken sandwich, paired with an iced tea or water. Tip: do not get their«all-natural» burger, of course, it is anything but.

they are all the same… except the ones that have«green burrito» attached to them. Their breakfast platter was dry, old looking, and very bland. Not sure what I expected from fast food breakfast platter but… there ya go.

Wow, the service here is great!!! Especially considering it is a fast food joint. The best I’ve had at a Carl’s jr that’s for certain! I went on weekday afternoon.

Bring back the steakhouse burger!!!:-) the western bacon cheeseburger is a staple and with coupons you can get lunch or dinner for a great price.

this place was recently remodeled and it now looks clean and a lot better. I looooveee the Sta Fe chicken sandwich. That’s what I order all the time. On 6−17−14 I went there for lunch and ordered my sandwich. It was the worst thing I have ever had. I think the meat was raw or something because it was hard and it had a weird consistency. It was almost like plastic. I don’t think I want to eat that sandwich for a while. They spoiled the only reason i go to Carls Jr.:(

I know, I know, it’s a fast food joint. Coming home late I thought I’d grab a bite here and ordered the Charbroiled Atlantic Cod Fish sandwich and fries and Famous Star my wife. Once, home I found a rubbery square piece of fish that had flavor overtones of the bait tank, and the honey wheat bun also over whelmed it. The Famous Star was right, buried in lettuce though and fries tasted like Ore-ida. I’m not dissing Ore-ida!

This place, sorry to say used to be the worst Carl’s Jr. around the south bay. The burgers were pretty flat and tasted microwaved. The drinks were so watered down, I couldn’t tell if that was a real coke, diet coke, or just dark water with bubbles. Fast forward, place is now remodeled, with a nice drive through. Ordered my fav. cheap burger which is a famous star with cheese. You know what, service was fast, 3 cars in front were gone quickly. My famous star actually looked big, compared to what I was used to, lots of lettuce, onions. This was the way it should have been. They did get my drink mixed up after asking and me saying it about 3 times, then it showed correctly on screen and I still received something different. I attribute that to just opening and the workers are still learning so no sweat. Didn’t get any ketchup for my fries either, but that was my fault for not checking out the bag before I left. Other then that, the drinks didn’t taste as watered down as they were before either, it was acceptable. So for now, i’m giving them 3.5 stars and since they don’t have a ½ I will give them 4 stars for now, which is pretty good for a fast food joint.

Always so tempting when i’m driving home from the gym or playing basketball but usually one thing stops me from getting a western bacon cheeseburger. There’s no drive thru.

The $ 6 burger for almost 6 bucks is pretty good. I got the low carb version and it’s really delicious. This I highly recommend. I avoid fast food whenever possible but when you need something decent for a low carb fix, this will suffice.
