I only came to this location because it was near where I was at the moment. But walking into this place I was greeted with this terrible smell. Maybe that is why it wasn’t that crowded. I have no complaints about the staff. They do have some rides that I had not seen at other locations. I’ll give them that. I would I come back to this location? No. Just because of the smell.

If I could give negative stars I would. This place smelt horrible, was filthy, loud, ghetto, and almost every other game was broken, not to mention the ticket machine subtracted tickets when I put them in. There were so many babies running around without parents grabbing tickets and tokens from everyone. While walking out there was a fight getting ready to happen between a Hispanic girl and a black girl, the black girls bf went and called all her friends and they jumped the Hispanic girl. I told the worker a fight was breaking out with kids standing there and her reaction was let me do nothing. I’ve been to many chuck e cheeses and I know what to expect, noise and craziness but this place was too much. Do yourselves a favor and go to the chuck e cheese by mcarther park. They have free valet and are super clean and friendly.

They’re so racist and judgmental. My whole family was there celebrating my 4 year old cousins birthday. And we have a grandma that has alhiezmers so she doesn’t remember us and wanders off. The lady who served us said«watch out for the Asians they’re crazy» & «watch out for the old lady she talks all of your stuff». My uncle had heard the lady said. So I wouldn’t recommend going there and dealing with their disrespectful services especially the lady who served us gross.

The staff is average and courteous, but severly understaffed. Overcrowded typical chuck e cheese I really try avoiding this place– my daughters like it otherwise I would never come here again. The pizza was ok again what you would expect from CEC. When I walked in I was hit by an awful odor smelt like wet stale socks/feet, not what I wanted to smell especially in a restaurant. I will definitely be looking for other last minute family food and entertainment cost me about 50.00 thats with internet cupons– I think I could have stretched my dollar better and got more for my buck at shakeys or somewhere else. All and all the fam had a good time so it wasnt totally a lose. The salad bar was disgusting can’t believe they got an «A» rating I should call the health office. I should have read the other reviews before coming here!

Everything was good until I saw a ROACH on the buffet area. The management immediately threw away all the pizza. At least they could have offered a refund.

What can I say about Chuck E. Cheese… I mean, it’s really for the kids, lol. I used to come to this location as a kid, and recently came back for my step-daughter’s birthday lunch. They’ve definitely remodeled it since I was little. \ Everything seems so packed together. There’s always tons of kids swarming around you. Kind of hard to get around. There’s a nice variety of games though, which is nice. The play area/ball pit is pretty cool, but of course someone’s always getting hurt when kids are climbing up the slide the wrong way and a kid is coming down… lol. Food is mediocre. The pizza is blah but the kids don’t seem to mind. so whatever. I’d probably come back. This location is slightly less ghetto than others I’ve been to.

Nasty, dirty, unfriendly, bad customer service, and so much more. My hubby and I attended a birthday party this past Saturday and it was a very unpleasant experience. The service was poor and all the machines were malfunctioning. The salad bar was filthy. We will not be returning.

I came here tonight and the manager on duty was so helpful. He was very attentive and fixed any problem you brought his way. I did have a couple of problems with some broken machines but they reimburse your tokens. And someone stole a ball I purchased there so just be aware of your surroundings.

If it’s a business dedicated for kids, expect mayhem. It’s a place where children can be free and most importantly a place to have fun. Of course it was a full house but under the circumstances the staff was extraordinary! Customer service was beyond my expectations. Very friendly, patient, and helpful staff. I was very impressed. Thank you for helping me put smiles on my kids faces and creating a good memory. I truly do appreciate it. A special thanks to the weekend night shift.

I just want to start off by saying that this review is for this location only… I have been to other chuck e cheeses before and this one by far had the best customer service!!! I interacted with 4 different staff members and I feel that they all went out of their way to ensure my experience was a positive one. The cashier that took our order was great! He helped us find a package that accommodated everything we were looking for at the most reasonable price. He was patient and definitely set the tone for the experience we would have. There were two people on the floor that were walking around making sure the games were working correctly. Two of the machines we used were broken, so I interacted with both gentlemen and they were both helpful and even gave me two tokens for my inconvenience. The guy at the end that took our tickets was extremely patient and kind. He went out of his was to make sure we got the most out of our tickets. I will definitely be back, particularly to this location!

Run away. Run away and don’t look back. Place does in fact smell. MANY of the games are broken. MANY of the other parents don’t give a crap if their kid is rude, cuts in line, offensive, perhaps even physically violent. I didn’t eat the food. I took one look at the salad buffet and the people picking things out of it with their HANDS and decided hunger is just weakness leaving the body. I honestly don’t know if the problem is more the institution or the people it attracts. Just save yourself and don’t be one of them.

My gf and I wanted some time to catch up, and since her son is on spring break, Chuck E. Cheese was the perfect place to keep him safely occupied for a couple of hours while we chatted. This location has gotten much better since the last time I visited, which was over ten years ago. Plenty of new games, and the overall cleanliness has improved dramatically. We ordered the large combo pizza, two AYCE salad bars, and two drinks. We also got 30 or so tokens for around $ 11 that kept her son busy for over two hours. The salad bar is small with a limited amount of offerings, including potato and macaroni salad, bacon bits, ham, assorted veggies, etc. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great either. I think they just put it there for the adults to have something semi healthy to eat. The pizza was better than I expected it to be. Thin crust and a lot of toppings. Again, not the best pizza, but it was a small compromise for how happy the kid was. Overall it was a win for all of us. My friend and I got have a great adult conversation while her son just had a blast playing all of the games. Will definitely be back!

Place is not that great. About 2⁄4 of the games are down and not working or giving out tickets . Staff doesn’t seem to care much. I mean I spent 80 $. They should have all the games working . This place is going down hill it used to be so nice in here. Now it’s dirty. Tables are left dirty for a while. And floors are not vacuumed . Overall not a good experience

This has to be the most ghetto Chuck E Cheese I have ever been too, the day we went it was a big fight between two families before we went in there. Most of the games malfunction and look old as dirt. The air hockey sucks horribly here but at least we got free games. The people that work here are a joke, I literally saw people jumping inside the game because there were no balls coming out of the game that was paid for. Don’t take your kids here

This place is short of staff… the girl that is assigned to redeem the ticket name Jasmine is so rude. At the same time she knows that the line is too long employee jasmine talks to the other employee regarding her pizza order to bring home. And when she talks to the kids she’s so rude she didn’t know that I was there for my daughter. There’s only 1 cashier taking orders and the line is too long. We order our pizza at 5:30 and unfortunately we got it at 6:43 pm. The salad station is empty… The place is full of trash since there is no one assigned to clean the tables ITS A MESS!

Ok folks some complain about the smell. I look at it this way. Several kids running in one enclosed building with grease and food. Yep there’s going to be a smell. The food is cheap and well let’s leave it at cheap. Heck admit it your not here for the food. Where can you take up a seat and let your lil rug rats run to exhaustion while your resting? They have fun and you got rest, maybe even catch-up on a book or FB. LOL it is what it is. Where a kid can be a kid.
