Seriously, it’s the best food at the mall. Not very many healthy food options in a food court but this place has got them. Their barbecue pizza is super good too, that’s what I usually get in between shifts. Their pizza is made fresh daily too so you know you’re not eating gross preservatives. It’s not greasy either so you don’t feel bad afterwards. Awesome pizza, lasagna and there’s beer!

This place has the best food I’ve ever had at a mall food court. The lasagna is to die for, the pizza is always hot and fresh. and they even have beer. Napoli uses the freshest ingredients so it tastes just like my grandmothers secret recipe(she’s Italian!!!) I was visiting for Christmas Holiday so I’ve only been twice(in one week! It’s that good!) But next time I’m in town I will definitely be back to savor the dank flavors once again : – ) P. S. The lasagna is the bees knees and a MAJOR key to success. It has more layers than a 7 layer cake, and that’s a lot. P. S.S. It tastes even better than Olive Garden(and I love olive garden) Thanks for the wonderful experience.

Awww… I’m gonna show this place some love cause lord knows it needs it. You got all these crazy options in the food court here in the SouthBay Galleria, and you’re looking at Panda Express craving Orange Chicken for the millionth time like me. Then you look over at McDonald’s and are about to make the plunge till you remember the pink slime(google it) and see several obese people in line. Then you see what you think is Sbarro but it’s not. A pizza joint in the mall? With salads and ‘healthy options’? It’s kinda cute, really. I know Sbarro has had it bad because of the recession. And they never offered anything other than greasy ass pizza. But Napoli tries something different. I honestly don’t agree with looking at pizza and on the menu there is skinless chicken and steamed veggies… it’s like… you don’t do those things! Do I go to a salad bar hoping to catch a glimpse of a damn sirloin steak? No! But I was walking by and this worker flagged me down. He was soooo nice. Great customer service. I just felt bad because every time I walk by, there is literally no one in line or waiting. I know this company might be struggling as well, ergo, the healthier options, but I hope this place is doing good and survives, but there is little to no hope on my part. I will be back again because the pizza was good and he was nice enough to cut a huge slice in half for me. Oh! And they sell beer. I don’t know how they pulled that off but it could be a last ditch effort to stay afloat? Cause I’ve never seen beer being sold at the food court in any mall.

Ok so I work in this mall and when I have to get lunch I naturally go to the food court and I’ve tried most places in here and today is my third time coming here and definitely my last they are way too over priced and the quality of the food is ok my food is kinda warm it’s a big rip off and I’m done

Not many good choices and the staff seems disorganized. Also very cheap with the napkins.

Everything is relative; this location is in the food court at the South Bay Galleria, the food generally has a good taste, I normally will order a piece of the stuffed pizza or one of the pepperoni and sausage rolls they are out on the counter for display and when you pick it they toss it in the pizza oven to warm it up a little.(again warm is a relative term) sometimes the item is just barely warmed and the cheese is still a little stiff so if you like your pizza with hot and gooey cheese this is probably not the place for you. The spaghetti and other entrees are usually hotter and the sides are always good. A nice place to stop in the mall but if you can wait there are better choices in the outside world

I haven’t been to the galleria in ages and due to some xmas shopping I stopped here for lunch. I definitely recommend the pizza shaped calzone-ish broccoli/spinach/cheese. They give you a hefty slice and I got mine with a small drink and it was around $ 6(the going rate for lunches in that food court). It was really good, not greasy, I could tell the difference between the broccoli and spinach and the dough was yummie. I am so going to come back here and get that.

Everything Italian — from lasagna to stuffed pizza — an Italian mama couldn’t have made it better! Their food is always fresh and super delicious! Their prices are low as well. If you’re craving some GOOD Italian food after a shopping spree at the South Bay Galleria, head straight over to Napoli Pizza:)
