They forgot to take off the security tag! Bought a leopard skin print sweater last night. I was just about to walk out the door for the day and noticed the security bob was still there.
I was the only one in line and bought 4 $ 5 t-​shirts and this sweater. Is it so hard to remove this security tag? By the way, shoplifters, it didn’t work!
So now I have to drive back to a mall on a Saturday morning to get it removed.

Wow, I don’t think I’ve ever visited a messier store. Walked in here three days before Christmas, and the place was in shambles! Crappy clothes on the floors and strewn about. The clothes that were on hangers were crammed and icky. Just a horrible selection! Now I know why I prefer ordering online. As a point of reference, I visited Old Navy the same evening, (which was more crowded), but wasn’t as messy as this place.

This is the WORST place ever! DON’T buy there!
I bought 4 leggins same size, same model, same price (I made sure it’s the same model!). I tried one, it fits, so if course I don’t try all 4 of them. I go home, cut ouf those itchy tags as usual and go on vacation to find out that none of those I did not try do not fit. Of course my trash is gone, but I still have my receipt. They did NOTHING for me and let me waste 30 $ in this store. My receipt would not be enough. Even though it looks like a duck, quacks like a duck, they didn’t give a damn! No exchange, no compensation for my lost, and even though I was calm and nice in a situation like this, the «manager» (he didn’t even wear a manager tag, so who knows if he really was) advised he would call security if I wouldn’t leave. Hello??? You definitely lost a good client of yours. But I bet you don’t care either as greedy as you are! You take the money and have products that do not fit and are tagged wrong!!! Unbelievable!

Waited 5 minutes at the cash register on the second floor waiting for an employee. Ask her if she knew where a jacket was because I found it and it wasn’t my size. She ran over there, literally. Pointed at them and left! Didn’t even help me find my size

One of my fave stores. Very clean and love the way it is organize but the customer service is terrible!!! Went in to look for a pair of pants and when I stopped a associate to ask her a question she looked at me like why the hell would I ever think to stop and ask her a question. Nothing ever came out of her mouth she just started walking me to where the pants were. Still not saying anything she picked the pants and handed them to me and walked away didn’t say another word. IM TOO DONE before I even got started (cant do it). word to the wise, your employees reflect your franchise.

This place is a lot messier than other stores. Far too many things mixed in the wrong sizes, is all a bit confusing. I being my 9 yr old here only because she likes the store and the one in del am do sent carry her size anymore (size 8 is largest for kids)

Sizes are mixed up and when u have a kid u want to go in and out not search.
Too far from where I live (and l stores should carry all sizes)
There is too much in the store (not enough clear space)
No seating for when I have to wait for the kid to try on clothes

Does not surprise me in the slightest that this store only has 2 ½ stars, I was forced to give them one star to write this… so…No one spoke to us while we shopped, not one associate, including the manager. Shame on you and your staff H&M, they need to be trained in customer service etiquette and dress code, nobody wants to be ignored, see belly fat and tramp stamps. Get it together.

Staff just has the vibe of «I hate my job I don’t want to be here» or «yah I work here but I do what I want»

But if two team members are that unmotivated about their jobs and are working there then I assume the rest are getting away with it

Maybe customer service isn’t that important to some people… giving two stars for the two women who were folding in front of the store who were smiling and offered to help me find a size I needed, kudos to them. As far as dressing room goes, the lighting is good. Register… I asked if I could get change from extra coins I had and without hesitation she said no and made me feel rushed out of the line. Anyway, now headed to return a shirt at a different location.

This place basically screams do not come back here and spend money, I came in at 7pm, to the mens department no biggie, I walked around looking for a shirt and jeans, ong what a mess,! :-\. Clothes allover the floor, items are not where they belong. So I finally found something I wanted and coukd not find my size, walking for 30mins looking for help not a hm employee on site. (The funny thing people where asking me for help) I go to the cashier and say can someone help me, she told be sorry I am the only one, while I look at her line of 20 people waiting to pay. Decided just to go to the dressing room and try these jeans to see if they fit, surprise no one there to help, and the dressing room looked like a tornado passed by, I was fed up, and went downstairs to the women department to speak to a manager, told her what happen. All I got was «well we don’t have enough hours» decided to pay and leave obviously they don’t want me to spend my money here, oh yeah took me 30 mins to pay,.

By far one of my favorite stores!
I love H&M in del Amo! I always find what I want and need!

Believe it or not, I only go there for the LIPSTICK!

I hate the way H&M clothes smell freshly bought. however, you’ll always find something chic and standout-​ish when shopping here. I just wish they carried tops for people who actually have BOOBS. yeesh.

H & M is one of my favorite stores and so far at this location I have found really good deals, but sometimes I feel they lack on customer service and on the new arrivals. I get emails from H & M and I was pretty excited to go to this location thinking they had the new arrivals for fall, psSshh I was wrong. I guess I’ma start sticking to the Del Amo H& M and the Americana one in Glendale. They seem to always have everything.

Today I had the worst customer service I have ever experienced at this retailer. After being told that an item would be put on hold for me and spending time giving my contact info to an employee just two days ago, the item was sold to another customer in that amount of time. Just two days ago! Two store employees glibly told me that there wasn’t anything they could do and basically turned away from me to fold clothes and help another customer. I called the company to launch a formal complaint as I knew their manager would just blow me off as well. At least the representative on the phone attempted to help me locate the item in a different store. The Del Amo store, while more crowded, is much better. Do not waste your time at this location.

This H & M is located in the South Bay Galleria Mall in the city of Redondo Beach.
I had just recently found out that H & M actually stands for Hennes & Mauritz and that they are a Swedish multinational retail-​clothing company. (I actually though it was a US brand clothing company somewhat like GAP).
So now I have this idea in my head that H&M is like the Ikea of clothing.
It is cheap and looks ok but, don’t expect it to look better and dressier than designer wear.
To compare this brand to Forever 21, this brand is leaning more toward a European fashion look,
This H & M is quite big and spacious but, I have only bought a pair of socks and not much of their clothing line.
The T-​shirts here are pretty cheap $ 10 and up.
The jeans here usually range from $ 30 – 50 dollars which is ok I guess but, I still prefer buying them from Macy’s.
Overall, I you like the Vogue magazine look but, are unable to afford the designer prices, shop here.
