Gymboree Store

They get two stars because I love their clothes. But I was treated with poor customer service by Elizabeth the sale associate. I had went for there additional 50% off discontinued items. I spend like $ 78. When I got home I double check my receipt, n notice they over charge me for one shirt. (No big deal) I decided to go back the next day to fix the mistake Elizabeth had done. (I had to go back to the mall anyways) when I get there i explain to the other employee the situation n she Ask Elizabeth for help. As I explain Elizabeth she answers me like I’m stupid n slow that they charge me the correct amount. (I keep being nice the whole time) I explained she was supposed to give me an additional 50% she started mumbling and tells me «I’m not go in to deal with this for $ 4» in a rude way n with attitude. I will no longer shop there. I don’t care about the money but I will not be treated with disrespect specially when I was nice and clam the whole time. (Keeping in mind they made the mistake when pricing the shirt)

The service here is great. I came in 2 continuous days and met different sale persons (didn’t get their names) but they are so helpful and quick to offer help.
