Prior to coming to this location, Windsor was already my favorite place to shop for formal dresses and gowns as they have great trendy styles at affordable prices. For formal dresses, usually the big gowns are around $ 120 – 160 and the short dresses are under $ 100. This location in particular has a great selection as I visited twice recently. It seems to be a bit bigger than the ones I used to frequent in San Diego. The formal section in the back is pretty amazing. The most attractive dresses are Windsor’s own label, but they now carry Masquerade as well. Masquerade tends to have fancier designs with stunning embroidery and beading that would be appropriate for pageants. They also carry the cheaper brands like Jump Apparel and City Triangles, which you would find at Macy’s. They also have a great selection of more casual dresses(party and club styles) as well as young fashion. Note that sizes are juniors sizing(1, 3, 5, 7…) with the less casual fashion at S, M, L, XL. The staff are friendly and nice here. They have a lot of sale items, and often on the weekend they’ll do a 50% off the discounted price which is just incredible but not as incredible as the $ 10 formal dress sale they just had this weekend as they’re clearing out all the gowns from Homecoming season. I can’t even believe I bought a beautiful $ 110 dress, marked down to $ 80, and with the 50% off sale I thought it would be $ 40 but it ended up being $ 10. I didn’t think I could afford a new New Year’s Eve dress, but Windsor just made my day. My month. My year. TIP: It’s on the 3rd floor across from the food court… so after you get a good deal celebrate with some Mongolian or a McDonald’s ice cream cone.
