I called from Maryland on the night before Valentine’s Day. They delivered it just as they promised and everyone from the manager I spoke with to the delivery person could not have been nicer. Best of all my daughter loved the cookie. It was decorated just as I asked and they added a special Valentine’s Day brownie as an extra treat. I will be using them again!

As much as like and crave chocolate chip cookies I will not be patronizing this particular location again. First of all their product is too pricey. (You would do better buying from your grocers & making it yourself.
With that being said their workers have nonchalant attitudes. They don’t abide by their advertise signs.
When you contact owner on any concern or problem, their attitude is just as bad.
My only solution when i go out to purchase will be Ms fields. I will be buying Pillsbury from now on. Nestlé you lost a loyal customer.

Don’t waste your money. I asked for an iced sugar cookie and a lemon cookie. When it came to $ 4.98, I asked why it was so expensive. Cookies are $ 1.99 each. She said that the lemon cookie is considered a dessert so it’s a dollar more. Fine. Whatever. Maybe they shouldn’t call it a cookie then. Maybe they should call if a lemon dessert (even though it’s just a freaking cookie). Then I get home and open the bag and find out the girl working gave me a plain sugar cookie that had no icing. It’s a tough job I know to put the correct cookie in a bag. Fine. People make mistakes. The worst part, the cookies weren’t even good. They were hard like maybe they’d been sitting there a long time. I can think of way better things to spend $ 5 on. Should’ve just bought a few cookies from subway. They specialize in sandwiches, not cookies, and they still make better cookies at a better price.

The cashier was very friendly and helpful and even told us if we bought one more cookie, we could get another for free!
Unfortunately, paying almost $ 20 for 6 cookies is a deal breaker for me. Their cookies aren’t the best and it’s nothing I would miss. I feel like they jack up their prices because they’re right next to the AMC.

I ordered a birthday cookie cake for my husband’s birthday, and it really exceeded my expectations. He’s not too much of a sweets kind of guy, but he does like a good cookie. My first choice was Mrs. Fields, but there isn’t one close enough nearby.
They have online ordering for the Nestle Café, but in my experience smaller places offer that, but don’t always deliver when you place online. So I browsed their website to get an idea of what I wanted and called it in. Next time, I’ll try the internet order and see what happens.
The young man that helped me was friendly and professional. They had the cookie ready same day and made it just like I asked.
I was a little weary as to if it would be fresh, because it’s a cookie cake and it’s a mall store. I couldn’t have been more wrong! The cookie and the icing were very fresh and good. I’d absolutely come here again!

The prices are high, the quality is low and the choices are very limited. My friend and I had a craving for something sweet so we came by here and got a lemon cookie and one with m&ms on it. $ 4.00 for two cookies which would be fine if the cookies tasted good. Um, NO! Both tasted stale and just lacked any real delicious flavor. I think the cookies at Mc Donalds are light years ahead of these.
Where is a Mrs. Fields when you need one? NEXT!!!

Cookies are great, service is terrible and whatever you do, don’t buy a drink. It’s super expensive for what you get. I got a cappuccino and it was only filled ¾ of the way and it cost $ 5. I was expecting something bigger but really got ripped off. Just eat the cookies. That is all.

I didnt know places like this existed. Saw it when we randomly decided to see a movie far from where we live.
We had the original chocolate chip cookies with vanilla ice cream inside.
We did have a bit of a wait but thats because the cookies just came out of the oven. :D what luck! They were the perfect tempature when we got them. I fell in love.

Dude got a free cookie from their eclub! dark chocolate with white chocolate chips– yum! The guy working here seemed surprised to see the voucher like he wasn’t aware they do that– but obliged without a peep. (i hid around the corner since i didnt’ purchase anything).
Right next to the AMC inside the SB galleria mall– perfect to sneak in a treat!

Oh Hot Damn! Nestle Toll House Café is my home away from home (Diddy Reise). Whenever I don’t head over to Westwood for ice cream sandwiches, I’ll hit up Nestle Café for some. Their cookies a the best in the Galleria Mall, and they warm up the cookies before you make a sandwich. The also have other baked goodies if you’re not a cookie fan, for all you sweet tooth fiends. Not much to comment on customer service, not too chatty, but whatever, who needs to talk while you’re eating a bomb ice cream sandwich. Recommend the White chocolate chip macadamia cookie with vanilla.
