These guys signed me up for a free membership that included a sports illustrated magazine subscription for free. I should have known nothing is free in this world. It’s been about six months since I been here and out of nowhere I get a charge for 49.95 to my bank. I am currently disputing this, it’s not good to mislead customers into a trial that will end up being paid if not cancelled. I only wanted to buy a $ 10 jacket on sale and figured sure I will get the free membership. I am very dissatisfied with this place.

My review is LONG over due! Lol I’m so sorry! I’ve been meaning to leave a review, but I got caught up in life errands. Any who, I was here March 3. Looking for 2 pairs of Nike Roshe runs. I was trying to find a pair of youths and women’s. Leo,(I forgot his last name) the young man was so helpful and so well mannered. He helped me find both of the shoes I was looking for. This was around the time that your system was down, and you had to make a phone call for any card transactions lol(I think he might’ve been new, because some other employee was walking him through the steps) anywho, he did so good! And apologized for the delay, but I was in no rush. Thank you, Leo for you awesome customer service! You get a 5 start rating from my girlfriend and I! Marry this took so long

My review is based on multiple times going to this store in Del Amo Mall, Today’s experience has brought me here not to trash this place, because the customer service or lack of it does it on its own. More than 5 times I have walked into look at shoes and try them on. Every time I do it takes 10 minutes to get attention, or not at all where I have to walk out and just not give finishline my money. Today I went in to try to purchase a pair of Nike Air Max 2015, I was there for 5 minute and no one came to me ask if I needed help, 8 minutes passed and nothing. So I told my fiancé I will give this place 1 more minute, just because I really wanted these shoes, and nothing. Well another customer shows up and he is attended quick and is helped after I waited close to 10 minutes. Really!!! im standing there with a pair of shoes in my hand waiting to get my size and you ignore me, and someone else shows up and Bamm they get helped. I walked out and will take my money else where. Sure after you read this review you will still go there, but I am Boycotting all Finishline stores. I won’t make a dent in their pockets, but it’s one less customer for them, but one more for Footlocker, ChampsSports, and ShoePalace.

My boyfriend and I each bought new runners(Mizuno) here. The manager, John(different spelling), was very helpful. We hit a Sale on top of a Sale for last years models and they actually had all the sizes. Im a 7.5, so never expect to get shoes on sale as it’s a common size that always sells first. Very well stocked store and knowledgeable staff. We will be back! These are my first pair of Mizuno, as I usually wear Asics, I really like them already! This store is inside Del Amo Mall.

Love love love this finish line store. Had to do a exchange and it went smoothly thank to the kind, helpful employees here. One guy who helped me out a lot was Leo, he help me find the perfect shoe.
