Hugo Boss is the only suit that I will wear. Having bought most of mine from a Dept. store for many, many years, I decided to go into the new Hugo Boss store in the Del Amo Mall. I am not tall and skinny and most suits that they had were in that style. However the Store Manager said I’ll go by the other store on the way home and pick up a couple of suits for you. What he brought back was amazing and in my budget also. Long story short. The BEST service I have ever had. This gentleman treated me so well and I was blown away with his positive attitude that he and the store shared, they now have a customer for life. He also help me pick out shirts and ties that go great with my new suits. Everyone one else that works there were also very helpful. Thank you all for getting my suits to me in such a timely and professional manner.

When you buy one shirt that needs alterations a week is plenty of time for those to occur. When You return a week later and they tell you your one shirt is still not ready, really? They told me to come back in half hour. I came back an hour later and really? I’m still waiting. Don’t bother buying Hugo Boss here go to Nordstrom instead where the customer service is always fantastic!

I recently purchased two suits from this location. The store is immaculate, the collection is sharp, and the gentleman who helped me was very knowledgeable on fitting my body type. My only complaint is that upon returning to pick up my hemmed pants, a member of the staff was quite snooty. I find this behavior off-​putting; particularly when spending a few thousand dollars. Having said that, my initial shopping experience was very enjoyable.

Beautiful Hugo Boss store in the new part of the Del Amo Mall. Staff is nice and friendly; I was greeted and helped as soon as I walked in. Clothing selection is great as well as their accessories (wallets, watches, shoes.) Highly recommended this store.

What a beautiful store… staff was super friendly and nice but not pushy like the guy at Michael Kors that literally followed us around the entire store…
Great selection and well put together. I’ll definitely be stopping by here when I’m looking for Hugo Boss stuff… I wish I had tons of moolah… I saw at least 10 different things I want to pick up for the boyfriend’s Christmas gift!
