LOFT

My orginial review was meant for the Palos Verdes store. The staff at this store were very helpful and the selection was excellent. Choose it over the PV store for a much more pleasant experience

I’ve recently started shopping here because a friend recommend it. They have fun pieces for work, but also casual, everyday use.
So far I’m not impressed with the merchandising here. It’s very confusing to put outfits together when the store doesn’t flow well.
The customer service falls very short in my opinion. Overall, not a great vibe. I will be back because they make great cardigans in beautiful colors, but would never shop here unless there is a sale.

I’ll have to give this review based off of my wife’s thoughts.
The floor plan was laid out nicely with plenty of room to roam around and not feel overwhelmed. The selection was also very nice, however, there were a few items that my wife wanted but they didn’t have in her size. But there was a major sale going on so that could’ve been the culprit.
The staff was also very friendly and willing to help her out anyway they could.
In all, a very good experience.

Store is organized and nice but the sales reps and managers are super unfriendly and rude. Especially the blonde older woman at the registers. Total b*tch. Corporate needs to step it up and train these people the correct way. I don’t feel like shopping at this location ever again.

Everytime I go into Loft, I feel like I’m the only 20-​something who shops there. Everyone else is my parents’ age. Everyone else is missing out though, because Loft has some super cute professional wear clothes. They run sales constantly (seriously, every other day, the entire store is 40% off) and their sale section regularly runs 50 — 60% off already reduced prices. The customer service was pretty good at this location too. The sales people were friendly and talkative and more than willing to help me find different sizes.
One minus is that I feel like a lot of their clothing runs big … either that or it’s deliberately designed to be a little boxy. I prefer my clothes to be a little more form-​fitting and at Loft, I have to go down to an XXS to have the clothes fit right. Oh, another thing, I’ve noticed that Loft doesn’t carry much XS or XXS (practically impossible to find) clothing. And since their shipping prices online are waaay too high, I usually just skip buying whatever it is.

i always go to the sale section in this store! they have low prices and usually have additional 50% off the cheapest price. fitting rooms are usually tight but the ones they have here are very spacious and they even have a seat in each one! the lighting makes you look good too!
the ladies that work here are all smiles and they are helpful too! i wish i remembered the lady that helped out my mom and i. overall great place to shop and make sure to look at the sale section first!

I’ve been here more than a few times, and I haven’t had a good experience yet. Customer service and product availability are lacking.
I just left with three shirts. No one greeted me and no one asked if I needed anything. I walk in and feel a cold draft of air, and it’s not the a/​c.
One of the sales clerks apologized for another clerk who was on the phone on a personal call when I was checking out. Phone clerk went to the back room real quick when the manager came up front to help out with my teacher discount code which was hard to locate. I hope phone clerk gets fired. Totally unprofessional-​I felt uncomfortable.
The only reason that I keep coming back is the proximity to home. This is like a repeat of a bad date.

Just like the other Ann Taylor LOFT locations but for some reason, this location has a much smaller sale and clearance area then some of the others. Wait for a sale to get the best deal. Check out their super soft t-​shirt material.
