IHOP

I’ve been going to this ihop for years now and I’m always pleased as usual. Its hardly ever jam packed we get seated right away and the food always comes out great. Angie, the waiter that works there is a very dedicated worker, she makes sure you get taken care of and she’s usually there on Sundays. All the waiters there are polite. I would recommend going here and I will continue to.

Worst service I have ever experienced at an IHOP ever! My infant daughter and I sat there for 10 minutes while our server ignored us and spoke in Spanish to the table next to us. He saw me sitting there, tapping my fingers on the table, obviously ready to order, and he just walked right past the table. Another waitress (who was very sweet) asked me if I had been helped or not. I said I hadn’t and she took my drink order and told me she would let my waiter know I was ready. He still never came by! She had to take my food order and then tell it to him orally. Oh and by the way, my order was wrong! This horrible, terrible waiter is named Ramon. Never sit in his section — he was just awful!!! So he brings my eggs, bacon, hash browns, etc and of course the wrong french toast. I had to flag him down to tell him and he never apologized or anything for mixing up my order. I ended up finishing all my other food and had to wait 25 minutes for the correct french toast. He throws the check down and never even bothers to ask if I might need something else. Nothing. The guy is a total loser and a God awful server. Yuck! I went up to the cashier and asked to speak to the manager immediately. They came and I explained the situation, the horrid service, the crappy waiter, and that it was a bad experience all the way around. I refused to pay so they comped my meal and coffee. I will never come back to this location. Slow, crappy service has left a bad taste in my mouth. Ramon needs to be kicked to the curb. I don’t recommend this location. It’s a poor representation of a good breakfast establishment.

The worst service ever. I was seated and it took them 10 mins just to bring us beverages. However there was a couple seated right after us and we’re tended to so quick. The staff seemed short and that’s why it took them forever just to bring us our food. The waitress was rude I think her name was Brenda. She didn’t bother even giving me a refill of WATER. I had to ask the host to bring me water and he was nice about it. They brought our food long after and the French toast was so nasty and drenched with too much syrup. So much for being an IHOP in Torrance. The IHOP in westchester is way better than this. Never again. The manager should be ashamed of their workers. 40 minutes just to get a sandwich and French toast.

Me and my buddy stopped by to take the never ending pancake challenge… i won!!! good times we were well taken care of Mariana was attentive and check on us often.

Took too long to get a table when it was clearly not anywhere near full. Then the hostess gave off some attitude, because i had told her we were waiting. To top it off the food wasn’t anywhere near what i expected. First timer. Last time ever. Side note: the actual waitress was kind, but other than that i don’t recommend this location.

So i called this location before arriving to see if there was a long wait and the guy who answered by the name of liam lied to me i live about 6 mins away and it all of a sudden became a 30 to 40 min wait thats bullshit so when i arrive he was very rude i said i called about 6 mins ago and you said theres not wait or hardly no wait hes like well this is the wait if you dont like it you can just go i will be contacting corporate about this idiots customer service

The IHOP chain of restaurants is one of my favorite breakfast joints and none of them have ever disappointed me in the least. This IHOP is located not too far away from where I live, so I just couldn’t ignore it for long and decided to carb up!
This location is a smaller joint compared to the other IHOPs that I’ve been to. It seats maybe 30 – 40 people. We went there at around 10 AM on a Saturday morning and it was decently filled. There is plenty of parking, but it can get busy if you arrive a little bit before noon.
After a few minutes of waiting, we were led to our table and the familiar scent began to hit me. I ordered the stuffed French Toast combo that included a cream cheese filled French toast topped with cream and blueberries, eggs, hash browns, and a side of either bacon or sausage. Honestly can’t go wrong with that! The Orange juice that was served was freshly squeezed and not the usual concentrated variety. The service was quick and efficient!
This is one chain that has managed to keep up their standards and I hope it stays that way!

We’ve eaten here many times before as a family and enjoyed it. This time we were seated next to two families that had two screaming kids. It was very difficult to have an enjoyable breakfast with my family on our day off.
The families didn’t seem to care that their kids were loud and kept eating. One of the parents was on their phone for a good amount of the time. I don’t think management realized that a full table of patrons got up and left.
We endured it because we were hungry but we will probably not come back to this location again.

Today at 10:38 I called IHOP to place an order for my family. I would’ve easily spent $ 50. I myself work in the restaurant industry and understand that it gets busy but to wait 15 minutes on the phone is just ridiculous. I probably would’ve been on hold for even longer but I couldn’t wait any longer. IHOP has disappointed me.

I agree with Robert Deniro, from Casino, that be it Blueberry muffins or pancakes, the blueberries should be equally divided and spread throughout the item. I had pancakes which the blueberries were clumped in the exact middle. So the pancakes were soggy. Thus 3 stars.

Not only did we not get service until 20 mins after we walked in… but my sons food was wrong… and too top it off my food was great tasting and full of lil black hairs. other than that… i dont recommend this place at all. unless you’d like to have your day ruined by foul food!

Bad experience really bad service employees are so rude I try to talk to the manager I was told the server to send the manager to my table and hi was always on his cell phone I waited 25 minutes an he’s never pass by my food was cool I ask to make my food hot and she said are you really want me to put you food on the special microwave? What it’s that ??? People are nasty and rude on this place

My son and I arrived at 8:45am on a Sunday and the host said it’ll be 20 – 25 minute wait. I looked around the restaurant and saw at least 3 tables open. The manager came and after I questioned the wait time he said we can be seated immediately if we want a small table next to the kitchen. We were fine with that although it wouldn’t be my fist choice next time.
Angie M was our server and I have to say she was one of the best waitresses I’ve ever had at this type of establishment. She was efficient, friendly, and attentive to her tables.
The front desk personnel (host/​hostesses) should really be more welcoming to the guests coming in the door. I waited a few minutes before anyone acknowledged me even though 2 of them were looking right at me.
Food was ok… my son didn’t like the eggs but I enjoyed my Nutella and banana crepes and eggs.

Great service, delicious hot food, clean, and a pleasant atmosphere, we’ll return again soon!
Another satisfying meal, life is good.

Came in this morning and there was no wait. Then again, it is a Monday morning. But the whole crew and servers were very friendly and attentive.

This IHOP, on a Wed morning at 9 or so, was packed. It was 30 minutes to even get a table.
Our waitress was amazing. She tried really hard to make us happy. In the end though, for some reason, they could not get my eggs cooked correctly. I sent them back twice and was paranoid I’d get sick if I sent them back again. So I said forget it. My breakfast was $ 12 and it was not even filling. The bacon was flaccid and greasy. Hashbrowns were soggy.
Overall disappointing experience. It’s better to just cook your own breakfast nowadays and save money.

Came here with my little man for their 57^th birthday celebration. Which they when offering 57c short sack pancakes. Couldn’t pass that up. One of the friendly IHop’s I ever been. Our pancakes were pretty and tasty. Like I was eating a buttermilk dream. The services was Great. Especially on that busy day. Will Be returning.

This is a pretty small IHOP. Expect a wait on the weekends.
Waitress was attentive. The food was good. The coffee was hot.
Parking is BAD, but the lot is large, so expect to park further away.

Sunday brunch!
You gotta love IHOP breakfast creation like the pumpkin pancakes. Yes I Amit I haven’t visit a IHOP location in ages some I felt like a first timer. My family and I where glad to say that the wait time wasn’t as bad as we thought a long 15min for a table. Restaurant host was friendly and the restaurant was clean keeping in mind the traffic. We oder drinks and food right always since we all had our mind set, we oder T-​bone steak cook well but a little fatty with scrabble eggs and pumpkin pancakes (yum), everyone else oder the basic eggs, sausage with hash browns and pancakes. Everything was serve at pretty fast, food was good and service was great. My only complaint was the handling of the food plates are too small so the servers can’t get a grip on them or hands where too close to the food.

I love it here for beakfast!!!
