I have had mostly bad experiences with this place. The food is good but I feel they are not responsible employees. 1st time I went there i waited 25 minutes for a sushi roll and you could obviously tell they forgot because they took a break once they finished all the orders and I made eye contact with them and they panicked and jumped up and started the order. The 2nd time I went in I had the same experience and they finally broughg out«my order» and it wasn’t what I ordered but I was on my lunch break and it looked ok and I knew they were going to take another 10 minutes to make what I ordered so I just ate it and left. THEN the worst experience there was when I arrived @ 7:30am for breakfast before work and it was closed but it said they open @7:30 am and they finally show up at 7:45am and they said«oh sorry there was a lot of traffic, just give us a few minutes to set up» finally @ 7:50am they took my order and I ask them how long it would take to make a breakfast burrito and they said 10 – 15 minutes and I worked @ 8 so I asked for avocado toast. And they pop the bread in the toaster take 2 orders, and take out the toast and @ 7:54am they say«oh sorry were out of avocado» WHAT? customers are relying on you to for a meal before work how am I supposed to go find another meal in 5 minutes? I will no longer be returning to your restaurant ever again.

Visited Knox Deli this morning after searching Unilocal for local breakfast sandwiches. Got the breakfast burrito and an iced coffee and both were amazing! I would go again in a heartbeat.

This place is good. I always pass it when I go to restaurant depot and finally decided to stop by. I got the Turkey and ham sandwich with a knox roll and a mango smoothie. Everything was so good I forgot to take a picture first. The smoothie is good nice a flavorful and not to sweet. It is just right. The pricing for this place is just right and I will be back for something new to try.

Very little mom and pop restaurant in a hidden corner of S. Vermont Avenue. Difficult to find as it is in a suite inside a commercial building. I had a combo with miso soup and California roll for $ 8 and they tasted delicious. Only problem: this place smells of fried food so it will transport to your clothing:-(

a small deli located within the offices of Victory Career college. If youre not familiar with the space its very easy to miss. Came in while waiting for a friend to finish her manicure at the college. I ordered their veggie sandwich on squaw bread. it was tasty! The staff is friendly! The menu is quite extensive for such a small deli and prices are cheap. There is a 10 minimum charge if using debit/credit.

Knox Deli is by far the best sandwich shop I’ve been to. Psh. Forget Subway. Come here instead. The staff is very friendly and they have such a great variety on their menu from sandwiches to sushi rolls. I ordered their baked salmon roll combo which came with california rolls and miso soup. The salmon is baked to perfection and just melts in your mouth. Very delicious and I highly recommend it! You can even created your own salad. I had the lettuce, tomato, carrots, cucumber, avacado, topped with tuna salad and drizzled in oriental dressing. Let me tell you. it’s perfect! Love the freshness of the vegetables. Guarantee a crunch in every bite. :) I also need to mention that their iced coffee tastes great and refreshing. Will definitely be coming back to try other items on the menu :)

Great mom and pop restaurant for lunch! You can enter on Knox St and pull straight and park — it’s located at the back of the business center at Vermont and Knox. Service is always excellent and I can tell they have a lot of repeat customers, presumably employees of all these nearby businesses. But I think a lot of people probably get their orders to go, because it is usually pretty empty when I’m here, so even though the place is small, it is cozy and quiet for a lunch break. Haven’t tried any of the sandwiches yet. I like the rolls and so do my coworkers. You can get a roll by itself or with a combo — I just ordered a baked salmon roll combo, so it’ll come with a spicy tuna roll(or choice of California roll) and miso soup. The Philly roll is a bit heavy on the cream cheese. They also stock other stuff like chips, fruit boxes, bottled drinks.

This place is a hidden gem of a café in a business plaza, right by OTTP. The menu consists of breakfast foods(burritos, oatmeal, sandwiches, quesadillas, and toast), hot and cold deli sandwiches, rice bowls(vegetable beef and chicken curry) and… Sushi? The sandwiches were good, especially the egg salad and Philly cheesesteak, but the sushi was the highlight of my experience, as they had a wide variety(rainbow rolls, spicy tuna with salmon roe, etc). Standard fare, but everything is made with fresh ingredients and great presentation. They have hand rolls(must try next time!) And regular rolls served in 8 pieces. The staff are friendly and take time to get to know their patrons(quite a few regulars over my week working near here). Would recommend for a quick bite before or in the middle of work, great staff and breakfast and lunch selections. Closes at 4 and no wifi. Bring cash if you can, $ 10 minimum for card transactions :)

This place is definitely one of those hidden gems in Torrance. Literally, it’s hidden and it’s actually kinda fun looking for it. If I can sum up the food itself in one sentence of a review though, I would say that everything literally tastes like there was love put into it. It’s got that Korean love to it, more specifically.(You’ll see/taste what I mean. Also, the owners are Korean.) If you like iced coffee, be sure to try theirs! So bomb! And for breakfast, try their breakfast burrito. Bomb as well!

Aside from their breakfast burrito and sushi, which were both amazing, their iced coffee is off the hook! Did I die? Will definitely go back for the coffee. Coffee coffee coffee. Woot!

I never knew this place existed until a friend of mine posted a picture on Instagram. I went once with my husband, and then again 2 days later. Granted both times I had the same thing, but it was delicious! I had the spicy tofu soup with beef and a Philadelphia roll. It kind of threw me off at first because of their name, but the food speaks for itself. The roll tasted just like any roll from any sushi place, but what set this place apart was the salmon. Nothing unique, but they did not skimp out on that salmon. Lol. The soup was delicious! I asked for medium spice, and it was perfect. Right amount of tofu and right amount of beef. I could eat that soup every day. They also have your usual sandwiches and deli type food, but I have yet to try them. Also, having a son now, it’s a plus to find places with kid friendly food. We ordered him a grilled cheese on wheat. Considering I work half a block down(maybe less), this will become a regular place for me for lunch.

A sandwich is 2 slices of bread and some meat and cheese, or whatever. Why does that take longer than 30 min to prepare here? Can’t comment on the food because I never got to eat the sandwich they never made for me. Poor customer service, didn’t even know where to get in line because there’s people standing around waiting for whatever they ordered. What a waste of time

I have a office located in this plaza, but never really ate anything of substance here. I happen to love good sandwiches especially when made with Boars Head. I’ve literally eaten here 3 times this week. I get the Turkey & Provolone on what with avocado. #sogood

Stopped here for a quick sando the other day after a meeting and was very pleasantly surprised. Located in the middle of a non-descript business center and definitely hard to find but that’s really my only issue and I think it’s on purpose they chose that space because it serves a lot of the businesses within that center. Food is priced right and served by a very friendly staff, I ordered the ham and turkey sando with some sriracha chips and it was delicious! The wheat bread was amazing btw. Plenty of parking and remember it’s not visible from the street, you must go towards the interior of the business center. Will be back, totally solid, do it!

Stopped by for lunch today, since I work right across the street. I usually stop by for a quick drink, but this time I actually ate. I ordered the baked lobster roll with side of 4 salmon tempura to eat on the side. The lobster roll was pretty good. Very flavorful and filling. The salmon tempura is usually ordered as a salad, but I simply asked to have four pieces and they kindly obliged for .75 each. Not bad. I would definitely come back when I get a sushi craving, mostly for the convenience of the spot from my work. I also love to support small business.

I’m a regular since I work nearby. I have never tried the sandwiches, every time I go I get sushi. The baked salmon rolls are my favorite. Sometimes I just get an avocado roll with miso soup and it’s just $ 5! The prices are great and sushi is good. They have quite the selection.

Price is very reasonable. Rolls are absolutely delicious. Portion is amazing. Personally I think this is not just cafeteria quality food. It’s like DINE-IN restaurant food. People work there are very friendly. Definitely I will go back to try different menu at least every week.
