Lady Bug

After many years of shopping at this place– I have officially made my final purchase. It is so hit & miss in this place whether the staff is friendly & helpful or flat out HORRIBLE. Well today was one of the days where I encountered the bottom of the barrel of their staff. Went in to exchange two items, with tags attached– all I wanted was a different size and the answer was «NO, I can’t because I will get in trouble.» WOW WOW WOW Brand new items, never worn with the tags on them and they cannot exchange them… So what happened? I walked out, went back to work and handed my coworker two new shirts. My coworker was the winner while the store lost a long time customer. Oh well! There is plenty of other places in the mall– BYE BYE LADY BUG!

Terrible customer service! The cashiers/​sales ladies are so unfriendly and rude. They rarely smile at you or even greet you. Though if they do it is completely forced. It ruins my experience. I don’t think I would ever go back and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

i love shopping here because they have the newest styles and the prices are pretty low and affordable. i always recommend this place to my friends but the only thing i don’t like about this place is the fitting rooms. the floors are dirty and it just doesn’t feel clean. i recommend to park by the sears on the other side of the mall to avoid the crowd.

I love going to this store in the mall. I can have a really hard time finding clothes I actually like. They have great pricing too! The staff is helpful if you need it, and everything is easy to locate. If you have need of clothes, go here!

As a young professional just entering the work force, I was trying to find work clothes that were professional but also didn’t look like I raided my mom’s closet. Enter Lady Bug. I’m not sure what caught my eye that made me walk in there, but I left with 2 super cute pencil skirts and a couple of tops that I think are sexy yet conservative. I didn’t think such a thing existed! They carry all types of clothes: club dresses, jeans, sweats, etc. but what I got is what this review is for, because I have already gotten so much use out of the clothes and they were CHEAP, like $ 13 and $ 15. Only thing is they don’t do returns, and only do exchanges up to 7 days with receipt, so make sure you like what you buy :)

DO NOT SHOP HERE! Not that you would even know what this place is with an ambiguous name like «Lady Bug» or what they sell if I hadn’t Unilocaled it. But just in case you even THINK about entering this store, save your three calories.
This is a mom and pop clone of Forever 21. It’s been around for a while and they sell no-​name, cheaply made fashionable clothes. It’s for your everyday clubbing girl.
But I know people who used to work here and they totally slave shop their employees. No employee discounts. They only give employees a five-​minute lunch break for an eight-​hour workday. AND they only let certain ethnicities work the cash register.
Just save the time, and hit up Forever 21 or another clone — for the employees’ sake … or for the sake of the following story, which involves two maidens, Beth & Christina.
(Beth exits a dressing room C and points to a pair of pants in the corner of her dressing room.)
Beth: Christina, look under those pants.
Christina (supsiciously asks): Why?
Beth: Just do it.
Christina (naïve, gullible, stupid): Uhhh ok.
(Christina picks up pants, expecting a huge rat to run out from underneath. But to her surprise, she sees nothing.)
Beth: DO YOU SEE IT?
Christina (still sees nothing): No.
Beth: Look closer.
Christina (re-​examines and sees something wet on pants): Ohhh, yeah. What is that?
Beth: Well, what do YOU think it is?
(Moments of silence, as Christina ponders this puzzle.)
Beth: Someone peed on the pants they tried on.
Christina: Great. Thanks Beth.
(Exit dressing room C.)
