From the moment you enter their store, you feel welcome. Both Mac and Sid are very knowledgeable and courteous. We remodeled our home and our entire internal and external lighting needed to be replaced. They helped us not only to pick the best products that matches our Spanish style home, but also they had the BEST price. The variety and selections seemed endless but without getting confused, they helped us finalize our choices. Even after installation, they followed up to make sure we are happy with our choice. Talking about caring about your clients! They went above and beyond our expectations. We are so happy to used Lighting Zone and will ABSOLUTELY recommend them to our friends and family.

Based on all the great Unilocal reviews, we stopped in to see if they could replace an obscure light bulb for a Halloween pumpkin decoration. They took a look at it and went into the back storage room and came out with a new replacement bulb! They saved Halloween for us, because this Mickey and Minnie pumpkin decoration was the most festive part of our yard. I know if we had taken this request to a large lighting store, they wouldn’t have even attempted to look for the unique replacement bulb we needed. This store also has beautiful light fixtures from Swarovski, Ralph Lauren and Waterford, so they are a customer service-​driven small business, which is so refreshing these days.

If you need lighting fixtures for your home or office, this is the only place to go. Their selection is huge for a small store. But, it’s the service and personal attention where they truly excel. You just can’t ask for nicer than this. If I describe what I’m looking for, they make it magically appear in one of their many catalogs. I am an Interior Designer and buy many of my client’s fixtures from them for well over 10 years. Must say their prices are great as well.

Great service! Stumbled into this place based on Unilocal reviews. We needed to replace an outdoor hanging light and found a great one here. The most impressive part about this place is that the gentleman helping us (Mak) offered to have the light we were considering dropped off at our home so that we could see if it would work for us. NO CHARGE. He even threw in some bulbs, and if we liked we could call him and pay for the light. I thought that was a nice touch.

I have to say, these guys are amazing. I just finished our remodel and couldn’t find any light fixture store on Melrose or on the Westside that could match the Lighting Zone selection and quality of service. I’d strongly recommend them.

Honestly, i don’t write many Unilocal reviews, but in this case it was a must.
I can’t say enough about the guys at Lighting Zone. I have a lighting fixture that came with the house I purchased. While it is a really nice piece the design isn’t very user friendly and it’s been problematic when trying to get replacement parts. Mak and the group at Lighting Zone have gone completely out of there way, and above and beyond what I would expect for any retailer. They even took it upon themselves to contact and work with the manufacturer to ensure that I was a satisfied customer. Now my living room looks better, and brighter, than ever. So, needless to say, I am.
If you’re a South Bay resident and have any lighting issues/​needs, you’ll be in good hands here.

I have done business with this company for the last 15 years. I am impressed with the level of service and knowledge these people have. what was impressive to me was that they were able to get me an Italian chandelier that I was not able to find anywhere.
