Dr. Falcon is a very caring doctor, who takes a real interest in her patients. She makes time for you, listens and remembers what you’ve told her in the past, not only about your medical condition but also about life matters/interests that you have shared with her. She was my mother’s doctor first and when my mom got sick, she called me in the evening to give me a run down about her condition and the plan for her care. I love Dr. Falcon!

It’s singularly comforting and not comforting at the same time when a doctor is genuinely concerned for you. It was a cold day in Torrance when my dad came in to my work and said I had to leave with him right away because the doctor wanted to see me. As you can imagine, this did not sit quite well with me. What was so important that she needed to see me about right away? Well, I’ll skip over the long car ride to Dr. Falcon’s office, because by the time I got there I was pretty much convinced I had all the diseases ever made. Turns out, no. No diseases. Just good old fashioned severe malnourishment. That’s pretty great, right? That I could possibly be malnourished when food is very abundantly available to me is pretty ridiculous… but that is what vegetarianism has done to me and my loyal body. You know what, though? Dr. Falcon was awesome about it. She said she was going to help me build myself back up to where a proper adult of my make and model should be, and she was going to help me do it without forcing me to eat meat. Honestly, that’s been a fear of mine for a long time; that a doctor would eventually tell me I had to give up being a vegetarian. That might be the easy way, but this doctor recognized that would be asking quite a lot of me, and she helped me find a way around it. I’m on an exceptional amount of vitamins now, among other biweekly regimens that I may have to keep up for quite some time, but I’m well on my way to being an all around healthier human. I’m also told that whenever my mom goes in for her appointments that Dr. Falcon asks about me… but not only about my health, but about my life in general. She asks about my boyfriend, and my tea room activities with genuine interest. That, to me, shows that she really does care about her patients. In fact, I’m actually surprised someone else hasn’t come to say this already. I might be the only one writing about it, but I’m definitely not the only one thinking it. Great doctor, A++, would see again.
