I placed an order for my kids and when I got the pizza it was destroyed and cold never aging!

I had an awful experience today at Pizza Hut location on Artesia in Torrance. I had planned a wonderful outing with my family for a night out and our night was ruined by the experience at this location. The hours on the website clearly say it closes at midnight. The hours on the entrance also state the place closes at midnight on Saturday. The cashier kept complaining that she wanted to go home while she was taking my prder. We ordered the food at 9:30 and recieved it in a timely manner but the cashier(Kristina) mentioned we had to leave because the dine-in closes at 10PM. She also turned off all the TV’s. Nowhere does at the store does it indicate that the dine-in closes at 10PM. The cashier mentioned that she needs to hurry up and clean because she is the only one there and her manager(Karina) told her not to let anybody dine in after 10PM. After being kicked out we left disappointed and furious. I am also posting this complain on Unilocal

The only place I used my credit card other than Amazon was this Pizza Hut location. Ironically, less than a month later, I had three fraudulent charges on that same card. I contacted Pizza Hut and received no response. BEWARE!

Five stars for a fast food pizza chain. Reliable, not greasy, and this particular Pizza Hut is the best I’ve been to in the US. it’s clean. I get carry out once a month at least and no issues.

Fulfills pizza cravings within 20 mins for a low price. If you’re expecting artisan pizza, go order from a specialty pizza restaurant/hole in the wall instead of being a twat on a PIZZAHUT Unilocal page.

I ordered a Pizza online and requested extra sauce. After I got home we discovered it had almost no sauce on it. Some slices were completely dry. I called and spoke with someone named Jose(not sure this is his real name, I asked for it at the end), explained what happened. He told me that the premium sauce is real thin, etc. I said that I order this exact same thing all the time and that’s not the case, and why was he arguing with the customer. He said, next time ask for«extra extra sauce»(I couldn’t believe… that was so stupid, and you can’t even do that on the online system). At that point I began thinking this was the guy that made the pizza, and was doing some sort of stupid cover-up to get rid of the customer. This was going nowhere, one excuse after another. I was ready to get off the phone. He finally said he was sorry, no resolution. It felt like a «Too bad buddy, better luck next time» sorry. Mistakes are made, that is not the issue. The lousy customer service and blaming the customer was what ticked me off. I was irritated, so sent an email to corporate also, no response. No customer should be ignored or punished for speaking up. A good company knows that a customers complaint is like gold. I would have given them a higher rating for the pizza and the other staff from prior experiences. However, after this experience of lousy customer service, a lower rating is deserved. The customer service needs to be improve at both the store and corporate levels.

This Pizza Hut always has great service and they even have a dining area with a little arcade room. It’s like a blast from the past. We ordered two medium pizzas on the Pizza Hut app and when we got there they had upgraded our pizza to large for free because they were out of medium pizzas. Parking is large so you won’t have to worry about parking.

I use to love this Pizza Hut, hadn’t been to this one in a few years but decided since I’m in the area why the heck not lol… Ordered online 30+ minutes ahead of time for carry out, and waited 20 minutes after the guaranteed pick up time… NEGATIVE1STARS for the girl behind the counter! Asked her for an estimated time and was given an attitude«it’ll be done when it’s done»… Once it was done she called my name plopped it on the counter and walked away. 2STARS for the cooks in the back for actually reading the special order part in my order lol, most pizza huts overlook that part. Needless to say I probably won’t come here again

This Pizza Hut has stood the test of time and has been around for as long as I can remember. For better or for worse, they serve the usual Pizza Hut items which have always been cooked just right to our specifications. Also, the cashier that always seems to be working there when I eat here is very friendly and always verifying our order before handing it over to us. So the food and customer service here is good, but the reason for my 3 star review is that the carry out is never on time. Ever since this Pizza Hut and all pizza establishments started charging delivery fees, I have found it is better to just go and pick up the pizza instead of having to pay the delivery fee and tip.(if you feel so inclined) Pizza Hut has an app/website where you can make the order online and it will give you a time of when to pick it up. This restaurant also has a monitor with your name and the time of when it says your food will be ready which is good that you know your order did not slip through the cracks. The only problem which I have previously stated is that I cannot remember a time when it was actually on time or early. The last straw for me was yesterday when an order was placed 6 hours in advance, and I still had to end up waiting 10 minutes for the order to be ready past the specified time. I guess in the future I have learned that if you are going to place an advanced carry out order, to schedule it 5 – 10 minutes before you really want it.

If I could give this Pizza Hut negative stars, I would! This Pizza Hut is absolutely TERRIBLE since the new management has taken over. My boyfriend and I used to be pretty regular customers of this store, getting Pizza from here on average once a month or every two months(don’t judge us, lol). We would pick up our order and it would be ready right on time and perfect every time, no issues. However, the last THREETIMES we placed orders here, the orders have been wrong! We have had to have our account credited for the missing items on all three orders. I went in with my boyfriend to pick up the last order and ensure it was correct, and ONCEAGAIN, it was wrong, there was no spinach on the pizza! I tried to tell them it was fine and just throw in some garlic sauce and we would be on our way(we ordered wings and cheese sticks and didn’t want our other food to get cold). The cashier refused to give us the garlic sauce, stating they were required to charge for it per the new policy, and offered to put the spinach on the pizza instead. As I did not want the rest of our food to get cold, I asked to speak to a manager, who was standing right next to her. The manager offered the same thing. I again refused and asked simply for the garlic sauce. The manager then offered to remake the whole pizza! I stated that I did not want the rest of our food to get cold(while ALL of our food sat on the counter getting cold) and simply wanted the garlic sauce. The cashier then interrupted me to state that they couldn’t do that as they charged for the garlic sauce!!! I had to remind the cashier that I was no longer speaking with her and I was now dealing with her manager(as her manager stood there dumbfoundedly). I again explained to the manager that I did not want my food to get cold and would simply like two containers of their $ 0.55 garlic sauce. The manager again offered to put the spinach on the pizza. By this point I was over it and didn’t want my food to get any colder. I will likely be writing to the regional managers of this department and they have lost a long time customer over this. The store really isn’t going to give a long time customer 2 containers of $ 0.55 Garlic Sauce after getting 3 orders in a row wrong in order to keep that customer? And on top of that, your cashiers are going to interrupt the customer after the customer SPECIFICALLY asked to speak to the manager?! Some customer service skills!

This place is never open on time. Business brings me to the area often and I have tried to stop in this location for a cold drink because it has been so hot lately but they are never open on time. When they finally open there’s trash on the floors, the tables are dirty, the windows have kids hand prints all over them from the night before, of course and the trash bin outside of the entrance is overflowing, again probably from last night. As I walk up to the door that clearly says they open at 10, now 10:17, doors still locked but I see employees eating at table. Great, glad to see priorities are in order. Furthermore, the cleanliness makes me second guess eating here anyways!

This Pizza Hut sucks for carryout. If it’s possible, try to eat at the establishment. The pizzas are much better when eaten there. Whenever I get carryout from here, I’m always disappointed. I don’t know why the pizzas get downgraded when I get carryout. It’s like they know I won’t go back to complain. Their pizzas vary from not being thoroughly cooked to showing the pizza with the slices all over the place to not getting the new crust flavor on the pizza. Like yeah, thanks for showing me the pizza but how am I supposed to know if the crust flavor is on there? Whenever I get carryout, I get told an estimated time of pickup and it’s never ready at that time. What’s the point of calling it in first if it’s not going to be ready at the time they tell me??? Their customer service isn’t bad though. All their cashiers are pretty friendly.

I only ordered from this Pizza Hut(PH) once, and it was also the first time that I experienced delivery service. The BF and I were over at a friend’s apartment, and they lived relatively close to this PH location. Since we were in the middle of hanging out/watching a movie – and all of us were too comfortable/lazy to move – we just decided to have our«Big Dinner Box» delivered. I can only write this review based on my one PH experience, but the food was good – quality was consistent with what I’m used to – and the online delivery process was simple to follow. Though it seemed like the delivery itself took a while, I know in reality, it was only 20 – 30 minutes … it probably just seemed longer to me cause I was starving! Here’s what I would recommend: «Big Dinner Box»: The BF and I ordered this for dinner and shared it with one other couple … and among the four of us, we did a good job pretty much demolishing the entire thing. This was when I discovered that Pizza Huts in California are definitely different from Pizza Huts in Hawaii … a lot of the time, Hawaii PHs aren’t eligible for the same promotions! But I digress. This«Dinner Box» is a good steal, as it features two medium pizzas and two sides for $ 20. You can even choose to skip the sides and get a third medium pizza. We got just got two medium pizzas – one with pepperoni and chicken and our friends chose the second pizza – and we got breadsticks and the«Tuscani Chicken Alfredo Pasta.» What a great meal. I like the details of this box, like how the pizzas are rectangular-shaped(like the version I like from Little Caesar’s), and my favorites are the corner pieces because the crust is super crispy and hardened from the baked cheese. I also enjoyed the spongy, savory breadsticks and creamy pasta. Definitely a good deal if you’re splitting dinner among several people … or if you just order this for yourself, you’ll have dinner set for the next few days! «BBQ Lovers»: I recently discovered my love for BBQ sauce on my pizza … or sandwich … or just about anything. I heart BBQ. So, it makes sense to try this pizza one day, as it’s topped with BBQ sauce, hardwood smoked bacon, slow-roasted ham and seasoned pork, completed with a BBQ drizzle and toasted cheddar crust. There’s so many great components included on this one pie that I wouldn’t even know where to start raving about it. But you can’t go wrong with seasoned pork + bacon + LOTS of BBQ sauce on a cheddar crusted-pizza. «Buffalo State of Mind»: Buffalo chicken is one of my favs – as long as it’s not TOO spicy – because it has a slight kick from the tangy-yet-flavorful buffalo sauce. This cheddar-crusted pizza features buffalo sauce, grilled chicken, sliced banana peppers and fresh red onions, topped off with a buffalo sauce drizzle. I would probably order this pizza sans the peppers and red onions – don’t need any extra heat – and would ask just HOW spicy this buffalo pizza is before going thru and ordering it. «BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger»: This pizza has a lot going on, and though I’ve never ordered a cheeseburger pizza before, I would be willing to try this version because I love so many of its components. It features BBQ sauce, classic meatballs, hardwood smoked bacon, fresh red onions and diced Roma tomatoes with a BBQ sauce drizzle atop a toasted cheddar crust. I would get my pizza sans onions and tomatoes, but I’m sure I would enjoy the meatball-bacon combo and I’d ask for extra BBQ sauce … just in case that drizzle isn’t enough. «Get Buffalow by Andrea Russett»: This gourmet pizza sounds amazing, as it features buffalo sauce topped with grilled chicken, sweet pineapple, Peruvian cherry peppers and fresh spinach, complete with a pretzel crust and buffalo sauce drizzle. I would do without the pineapples and cherry peppers, but I’m sure the grilled chicken and spinach would balance out the spicy buffalo sauce well. If anything, I would add some cheese to this pizza, but I’m sure that spongy, slightly salty pretzel crust is to die for. «The Jack J Pizza with Salami»: I don’t get salami very often(on pizzas or in sandwiches); it’s not that I don’t like the meat, I just don’t have the chance to order entrees with it. But this salami-specific pie sounds great, as it includes tomato sauce topped with grilled chicken, hardwood smoked bacon, premium salami and a buffalo drizzle. I would ask to substitute the tomato with a cream sauce, but if that can’t be done, I would just opt for light tomato. The medley of meats sound yummy, and I’m sure the flavors are all complemented nicely by the buffalo drizzle. «The Official Rooster Teeth Podcast Pizza»: Three words — toasted asiago crust. Yum! This pizza features tomato sauce topped with premium salami, hardwood smoked bacon, fresh mushrooms, diced Roma tomatoes and a balsamic drizzle. I would get my pizza without the tomatoes, but everything else sounds dandy. I’m just really excited to try that asiago crust one day.

I ordered over the phone and came in to carry it out. I had trouble navigating my order online, so I had to call. I didn’t hang around longer than it took for them to give me my order. The screen on the wall said my order would be ready in 1 minute. I didn’t get it until after 5 minutes & I pointed to it and had the guy get it for me. The restaurant is clean and I like that they keep small pizza boxes out where you can just grab one when you need it. I really dislike waiting to ask an employee for one. Saves some time & hassle. I took a quick look around at the games room & took some pictures. One of my friends saw the pictures and drove from LA with her children. She was very disappointed that the token/coin machine was broken and that the restaurant could not or would not make change for her. I apologized profusely that 1) her pizza was missing a topping and 2) no change for the games. I think I prefer the Personal Pans warmed up/cooked at Target or at Pizza Hut/Taco Bell. We used to always get Pizza Hut pizza, but then switched to another company & I thought I’d try them out again. For the most part, I will be returning to my other pizza place. I’m so sorry, Pizza Hut, I will not be recommending this location to anyone else.

Walking distance from my house so I always go here. The staff is usually friendly and online orders go smoothly for me. This is really the only pizza place where I will actually eat the crust. other places have bland kind of crust but pizza huts is one of my favorites. I would’ve given it 4 stars but they recently stopped selling the dry hot wings and their buffalo ones aren’t that great.

I previously had a bad experience at this Pizza Hut when I came to pick up my order, so I was a little hesitant to order from here again. But tonight I was happily surprised. Online ordering was very simple and straight-forward. My dad and I came to pick up our pizzas a few minutes before the time they quoted us, but they were already ready! There was only one guy working the registers, but he was doing his best and worked quickly. The one negative thing was that my dad and I saw an employee(who actually looked like a manager) just standing around watching the one cashier. He easily could’ve opened up another register to help out(since there were a couple people in line), but no, he just stood there. So I thought that was sort of unprofessional. Getting paid to stand around and not work? Not good. But the pizzas were really good. Made exactly how we ordered them and when we got home, they were still nice and hot. Overall, a good experience here.

Due to the fact Pizza Hut is an American staple; I almost feel bad leaving this review. Almost. The wife, who is now pregnant, had a Pizza Hut craving. She wanted a deep dish pepperoni pizza and cheesy bread. Baby wants; baby gets! So we headed down to Pizza Hut. I gotta be honest here; this place is pretty beat up. There was trash on the ground, the soda machine was broken, and the«arcade» was a joke. This particular Pizza Hut was a disgrace to the Pizza Hut of my childhood. Regarding the quality of pizza, it just wasn’t the same. It was brought out at room temperature, which made me think– how long was this sitting waiting to be served? Where was the staff? The joint was EMPTY mind you! I was kind of b7ummbed with my experience. The Pizza Hut of my childhood was amazing. The overall feeling of the place seemed like no one cared.
