Three days before my daughter’s 4th birthday party I called Shannon in a panic. My original baker backed out at the last minute. It was a blessing in disguise. She turned my cake nightmare into a dream come true. I knew I was in great hands when it turned out that she was the original designer of the cake I asked the other girl to make. Funny how things have a way of working themselves out. Shannon was sweet, empathetic, and very professional. In my opinion she over delivered and I couldn’t be happier. Great price, great customer service, and even better final product. If I ever need a baker for an event she is the ONLY one I will go to. I have already started to spread the word about her like wildfire. Her cakes are perfect… From the design to the taste! DELICIOUS!

Loved her work! Everyone including myself loved the classic mickey mouse picnic birthday cake! My daughter loved seeing mickey and eating the fondant. the cake itself was also moist and delicious.
I was a little worried since this is the first time i ordered from someone very far (i live in Southern Cali) i took a chance because her work from the pictures looked very impressive. Shannon’s attention to detail is amazing. I sent a couple of inspiration pictures, told her what i was looking for, and told her a little something about my daughter. I will definitely use her service again if i ever throw a party up north again. Highly recommend.

I was very happy with the cake Shannon (The Happy Caker) made for my daughter’s 11th birthday party. I described that my daughter liked pandas, gave her some ideas of what activities my daughter likes to do and a list of my daughters favorite colors. She took the info came up with some scetches, I gave her an approval and when my daughter saw the cake her jaw dropped to the ground. She loved it!
