So I came here today to get a bunch of food for my family and I. I live down the street so I figured I’d just walk there with my dog since they don’t have a drive thru, I go in and first off they took forever to even ask me what I wanted and I was standing at the cash register for at least 5 minutes, they always only have 1 employee in the front and one in the back, so if they get backed up orders take forever to come out. Then when I was about to order the owner (little asian guy) comes out and tells me I can’t have the dog on the property. All I wanted to do was order and hangout outside until my food was ready and then go back home. But nope! He lost my business that’s Forsure. I left right away. I was probably going to order more than anyone had all day. Never coming back again! I wouldn’t ever eat there either. A bunch of flies buzzing around inside over the tables and stuff. Gross!

The food is decent. Atleast the food is always hot when I get it. The big issue is, they are really slow. I had drive through and it must have took 10mins to get my food.

This location isn’t open late when I really really want it/​need it so I don’t come here a lot. They also don’t have a drive-​thru. Bummer.
On this recent visit, I ordered some chicken dippers for the first time. The ½ lb ($ 6.99), is maybe 6 or 7 nuggets and it’s a rip off. The dippers were fine, and though it wasn’t piecemeal chicken like other establishments, I don’t think it was worth $ 7.
Chili dogs were great, as always. For some mysterious reason, the food comes out very very very slowly, even if you are the only person there. Be prepared to wait at least 15 minutes.

Always excellent customer service here! I’ve never had a bad experience here before. All the cashiers that have helped me are friendly and that is such a huge plus, especially for a fast food joint.
I’ve been going here for years and it has many fond memories.
Their food is what you’d expect, but I’d say it’s better than most fast food places. On rare occasions, it’s a bit hit and miss but I’ve never had an incident where it made me never want to come back here again.

Love their corn dogs and chili dogs and their desserts as they have a tastee freeze in this location :). They even have daily specials I partake of often. It seems to be german style fast food.

The one on hawthorne with the classic teepee shape root got replaced by a bbq joint, so i came by this one to get a free corndog for my b-​day.
u can never beat disneys, but i do love their corndogs. they look smaller than what i remember tho…

This is my favorite fast food joint for lunch, Of course my favorite chili dog… I pick up lunch from here almost every Sunday the girl cashier knows my order most of the time sometimes i change it up and the old Asian man and lady always greet me and once in while thanks me for my business with an extra corn dog. They have a lot of different selections of dogs, and other stuff like burgers and pastrami. Also have ice cream desserts too. I’ll def be back on Sunday lol

I’m a big fan of hot dogs and I’m also a big fan of cheap food. Wienerschnitzel offers both. This one in particular seems to have better chili than some of the other Wienerschnitzel’s I’ve tried (who know’s why?)
It’s not gourmet or anything but it gets the job done. They also offer pastrami here, BUT, I would advise staying away from it. The pastrami isn’t too flavorful and they give pretty small portions.

Use the coupons that you get in the mail and get the things you want for cheaper. Get the sausage dogs and chili cheese fries. Those should be enough to satisfy your cravings.
