Dairy Queen is Dairy Queen and I’m not really rating the ice cream here the owner is extremely rude.

Owner and Staff RUDE the products are not fresh do yourself a favor and drive further if need be and go to a real Dairy Queen that treats customers properly and products taste like they should. We ended up throwing our drinks in the garbage that’s how bad they tasted. They wouldn’t make us new ones, exchange it for something else or refund our money they just did not care I ended up disputing the charge with the bank. They don’t even deserve the one star!

It all depends on the staff of the day. Some are daft and don’t know what they’re doing while a few others are great. Every time I eat the ice cream I have a horrible stomach ache. Either from the syrup or the dairy quality. Carvel never gives me this problem.

Your typical DQ. I believe this one is only open seasonally and doesn’t serve food, just ice cream. Staff is always friendly and patient with you. And they take CC which is awesome, sometimes the smaller stands won’t. Ice cream is always great and comes out quick. Awesome to stop in the summer and sit by your car and enjoy!

Owner is a dick. He’s also a cheap fuck. Scams consumer by not selling and making product the way corperate requires him too. I reported him to corp. For instance the buster bar he was making didn’t have fudge and nuts in center! After corp. Got on him for it he then turned around made it the right way but made it smaller. Now the stick that it sits on is bigger than the ice cream! Screw this place.

Just ice cream and open seasonally– not a grill and chill, which kind of sucks because DQ turkey clubs are awesome. However — I can fulfill my year-​round DQ joneses by work in Southington so no big deal.
