Elements Massage

I had a massage by Michael today and it was my second time at Elements. sorry I don’t remeber who I had the first time. Anyway Michael was very good. He really helped with some sore and tight muscles from too much hiking over the week end.
It’s also nice you can book online.

I went here for the 2^nd time this past Sat. I was suppose to have a 90 min massage that turned into 60 min since the masseuse who was suppose to give me my massage had sore hands. This was communicated to me about 2 and a half hours prior to my appt. I had Katie this time around & she was very good. I would recommend her to anybody that is looking for a deep tissue massage. Go with the 90 min since the 60 min will leave you wanting more! I am very happy with Elements and will be sure to recommend them!

I am so glad I found this place! Elements, and especially Sabrina, have helped me so much over the past few months. I purchased a groupon in September. I had never had a massage and was a bit self conscious about the process. Sabrina put me immediately at ease and was totally professional. The pain in my neck that I had for years went away after 30 minutes and has not come back. On the recommendation of my doctor I have weekly appointments. I am so blessed to have found this place.

This was my first trip to elements massage in totowa & it was amazing! Suzanne (Souzan?) was my massage therapist and she was absolutely fantastic. She knew where all of my «knots» were and knew exactly how to relieve me of the pain.
I immediately wanted to schedule my dad an appointment with her and the front desk was very quick to help me do that!
The establishment was very clean and it was nice that they gave us a complimentary bottle of water to rehydrate after our massages!
Also, I know a lot of places are pushy when it comes to getting you to sign up for their membership. This location was not and I actually may go back to sign up for that reason and that I had an amazing experience! Thank you!

I have been going to Elements for a few years, and have seen a few different therapists over this time. All have been different in there style but but just as great as the next.
The studio is clean, modern and still feels new. They have never tried to sell me a product or upsell a service which I honestly didn’t need. I appreciate this as much as the massage.
The customer service from all of the staff is good, however it is really nice to have owner/​managers that are easily accessible when an issue did arise. They were able to listen and fix my issue quickly.
Try them for a massage you won’t be disappointed.

I have been part of the elements wellness program for quite some time. Today i wanted to relax and end the week on a tranquil note. My massage with amanda was amazing! Amanda stayed not only in communication with me, but my body and she listened to my body. Amanda’s technique of massage assisted in unknotting my neck, shoulders and upper back. At the completion of my massage i felt relaxed and rejuvenated and looking foward to be in her care in 2 weeks!

Staff is very professional and friendly. Jill, the manager, really went out of her way to accommodate mine & my husband’s request to have a massage at the same time.
She really cares about satisfying the customers — THANK YOU JILL! Zack was my therapist and he was amazing!!! I was a little skeptical at first, being the first time a received a massage from a man, but he was & I repeat, amazing. He listened to what I wanted and needed. He has a unique approach & techniques compared to other therapists. Gloria massaged my husband and he too was extremely pleased with her. These therapists truly care about their work and their customers.

Great place for me and the misses to go for a relaxing day off. While I get a good deep tissue massage she gets to enjoy a nice and easy prenatal massage. Best of both worlds!

I was a bit skeptical of a «chain» massage place, as I have had not so fabulous experiences before at the other two big name joints. I was impressed with the price, cleanliness, friendliness of the front end staff, and most of all by my therapist, George. He really took the time to listen to my concerns and offered a massage like I have never had before. I am a tough customer, my back/​neck are pretty much permanently knotted up, yet he was able to provide me with not only relaxation, but relief from my aches and pains. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a deep massage. Elements combines the benefits of a franchise (price, décor) with a boutique spa’s attention to detail.

I called in and asked for a acupressure massage the gentleman made an appointment with as he said «our specialist of acupressure» which he told me he doesn’t know how to do. :-/​And that’s your specialist?
Overall the massage was good. So I made an appointment for my husband and if he would like it we would sign up for the membership.
After he arrived it turns out that the girl who made the appointment messed up the weeks, and they didn’t have anything available.
What a lack of professionalism. This way they lost a customer.

I have a monthly membership, which is totally worth it. I’ve been to many different spas in the area and this has been the best and most convenient. The monthly membership is $ 60 per month which is a great deal, plus you can add one person to your account. This means the other person can pay the $ 60 if they use the account.

So I decided to give this place another try and I am glad I did. I spoke to the owner about my previous experience and how upset I was. She was very apologetic and assured me I would have a better experience since they have changed some personal. I figured it was worth a shot.
I made an appt with Christina who specialized in deep tissue. Before the massage, she asked me my trouble areas and exactly what areas I wanted to be worked on which I liked. Her massage was very deep and asked me a few times during it how the pressure was. When she was done, my back was on fire, so I knew right away she worked my knots pretty good.
Also, the new monthly plan is much better than when they first opened. Basically its $ 59 a month (for first 3 months, then goes to $ 69) and your entitled to one massage with this price and if you want another during the same month, you pay that price. You can also allow a significant other to use your monthly massage if you want as well. The best part is that they do roll-​over if you dont use them and there is no long term contract. You can cancel with 30 days notice. I am going to keep trying this place and will update if anything changes, but for now, I am sold!

I tried Elements around the Holidays and at the same time had a gift certificate for a much higher end spa. Elements provided me a fabulous massage that did meet my needs. I also spoke to the person scheduling my appoinment and explained my preferences and they recommended two people that would meet my needs and then we worked around the time. They try to help and if you tell them what you need, you will get a great massage– I have already been there three times. I am also finishing up my massages where I had a gift certificate but for the value, elements is where I will continue to go.
As for someone mentioning about pushing the membership, it is a great deal and I believe I was told you can get out at any time –better than my gym membership. I live in the area and prefer supporting our local businesses.
