Do not even bother signing up for their«3 month» package. I signed up Feb. 10, the manager of the location told me that February WOULD count as my first month. When I came back at the end of April to cancel, they told me I had to continue all the way through May. Basically I paid for the full month of February, March, April, and May. At the end of May I tried to cancel my membership, but apparently there is a new rule in affect that requires 30 days to cancel your membership soooooo now I’m being charged for June as well. Also the beds suck. I really would not recommend anyone wasting their money here.

I don’t know if it is just this location but every month they change the rules around, you were able to upgrade if you buy a lotion and out of no where they took it away. They also took away 2 free upgrades a month with your package which is why I decided to commit to this level in the first place. I’ve been coming for two years and every month it’s different rules. The beds are good the service is just all over the place. Every girl tells me something different so it’s a little frustrating. As a business you should inform your customers of ANY and ALL changes that occur.

This place is a pretty good salon that gets the job done. Most of the employees could be kinder but two employees stood out to me that I think deserve recognition. Lexi is very nice and knowledgeable. Always a pleasure to see her. Tonight I came in and had an issue with my account(I purchased a few upgrades and they expired even though I was told otherwise). Christina was very attentive to me and sympathetic. She also had to take care of other customers while dealing with my situation. She handled all customers including myself extremely well. She greeted and said good night to every customer. She has exceptional customer service skills and its employees like the ones I mentioned who make people come back. I gave 4 stars because of that.

I’ve had great experiences with Lexi. Every time I have a problem she fixes it and it’s no longer a problem which is the sign of awesome customer service. The beds are great and right now I have a killer tan. I would recommend sizzle to all my friends

Had the best experience. Walked in and we were greeted by Jen! She took the time to explain everything to us and answered all my daughters questions since she had never been tanning before. Everything was clean and neat. The choices you have are fantastic. I have never waited any longer than 6 minutes! We now enjoy paying monthly(which is definitely the cheapest way) and the hours are perfect because we can go whenever we want! Thanks Jen… You are the best!

I’ve been going here because it’s convenient, but today was the worst. The girls at the counter are rude and there were no towels in the tanning rooms or the bathrooms. Felt dirty as I left. Time to find a new place to tan.

This place doesn’t deserve such bad reviews. Yes, very bad customer service, but who cares. The people who work there are not suppose to be your best friends. You get in and out. Yes, they probably do take your credit card and charge you, but I bet that’s corporate making the mistakes, not the location itself.(Tip: do not give your credit card info, pay as you go instead) Speaking of the location, the place is very clean and spacious. I never used their taning beds so I cannot comment. I have been there twice for the spray tan and I felt like I received a good spray.

Never ever get the versaspa spray tan, horrrrribleeeee… The tan came out all wrong with shades darker on parts if my body, I looked diseased, I had to cancel my plans for the night because I looked like a hot mess… I asked the receptionist there about it and she just chuckled and said yeah it’ll eventually even out… and I’m like oh yeah when? When my spray tan is gone??? Worst place ever. Only reason I went there was because if a groupon and I had one more free session and I refused to go, even if it was free I rather pay NOT to go. Horrible

i havent been there in a year+ and im glad i havent. This company is a money hungry company who cares NOTHING about its customers. They drained my account of almost $ 300(at one time) for back dated charges. without authorization nor phone call, nor letter to my house, nor email, nor nothing. The money that was in my account that i used to sign up for was gone and that was money i needed to but textbooks for school. i called them, did they care NO! i was directed to corporate and the store manager on 2 occasions that i called. i was told they would call me back. did they call me back? of course not. Do not tan with these people or sign any contracts with them because they will take ur money and not give a damn

I made the mistake of choosing this salon out of convenience. Horrible. Now that I’ve read others’ reviews I see that I should have done my research first. The place is a total SCAM. The employees think they are on top of the world. The tanning beds don’t get you tan unless you are religious about it.(which obviously ADD$ UP when they have you convinced of their premium beds being«so amazing»). I gave them my business for a three month package and I would never go to this place again or let anyone else..

BEWARE!!! Sign up for three month tan, being charged once a month to tan. Never informed that it had to be cancelled. 6 months later I realize they are still charging me every month and will not refund me money even though I stopped tanning after 3 month commitment. They said you need to come in and cancel. Total SCAM… READTHEFINEPRINTONANYTHINGYOUSIGN!!! Also had several complaints to BBB. Wish I had looked into all of this before doing business with them.

not at all too happy i signed on for the vip package and was told i get 30% off all lotions, i asked how much trophy wife was and the girl told me $ 50, so doing the math it would be $ 35 right, nope that was the 30% off price, i have no respect for a company who isn’t honest up front with you! i would never humorize paying $ 60+ dollars for a bottle of lotion when you can get it elsewhere for a fraction of the cost. bad bad bad business, sizzle tans should train a little more better, also the place was happening on a saturday with 1 girl running back and fourth cleaning the beds and manning the front desk. I’ve been going to Sizzle for almost 2 years. The girls working are always friendly and I’m usually in and out quickly. The level 3 beds are amazing. Level 1 could use some work, but you get what you pay for. They have so many membership packages it’s impossible not to find something that works for you. Plus, most of the packages come with a few free upgrades per month!
