I had a good experience here. I broke my glasses and needed new ones because I couldn’t see anything. The customer service is good for the most part. When I went to pick the glasses up after I received a txt that they were ready, I waited for another 15 minutes. I wouldn’t mind ordinarily, but I left my daughter and husband in the car waiting because I thought I would be in and out. I don’t know why, but I feel like there may be more selection at the Willowbrook location but I’m not certain.

SANDRABARBOSA — I cannot thank you enough for the amazing customer service you gave to me and my boyfriend. After he lost his glasses in the ocean today we came in there at 5pm and at first you said it wasn’t possible to get glasses by tonight since you close at 5:30. But when you saw the look on our face you took us in and looked up his prescription and said you would try your best. We walked out of there with 3 minutes to spare(5:27) and a new pair of glasses! Not many people would do what you did and we truly appreciated it! LensCrafters is lucky to have you as an employee.

When you purchase something the staff is very polite. If you plan to exchange sth be prepared to see rude faces. They don’t help for anything. Oh wait and if you have an active toddler please don’t go. The staff is very rude. Totally dissatisfied with the service.

Wonderful experience. Went in thinking was just going to purchase prescription glasses ended up leaving with prescription sun glasses as well. Friendly staff and quick transaction. Best part you can pick up your order couple hours later. Painless!

Nice selection of designer frames compared to the Edgewater and Willowbrook location. Also a lot bigger than other LensCrafters. I’ve remained loyal to LensCrafters for years and they never let me down. They help you choose which frames look better and always help you figure out if it’s better to go with their sale or your insurance. Again, plenty of brands to choose from(as far as eyeglasses): D&G, Burberry, Prada, Tiffany, Bvlgari, Ray-bans, Versace and Cartier, just to name a few. The selection of designer sunglasses, though, wasn’t too diverse. This location is a bit tricky to get to but they’ve got their own lot with plenty of parking. Because it’s not located or attached to a major shopping center, it’s bigger but makes it more difficult to stick around or stay close by while waiting for your glasses(usually an hour) to be ready.

I never write on these sites but after my experience at LensCrafters I promised myself I would type up a review! my experience was awesome. The woman that helped me(Darleen or Doreen, I forget) was such a sweat heart. I’m only 21 years old, so I assumed that whatever sales associate I would work with would kind of blow me off thinking I wasnt worth good service. That was not the case! The woman greeted me with a smile and told me everything I needed to know, without being annoying, before I started looking for my glasses. She also informed me that they are capable of calling in your prescription if you don’t have it on you when you’re in the store. She gave me a tray to hold the glasses in and she kept just the right amount of distance where she wasn’t missing when I had a question, but also wasn’t breathing down my neck. I mean theres nothing worse then trying on a hideous pair of glasses, and having someone behind you say, «those look great!» After I picked out the glasses I wanted she took down my information and was very persistent in trying to get my prescription sent over ASAP. She sized the frames and assured me they would be ready in about an hour.(ended up being 30 minutes) When it came time to checkout, I asked her about the 30% off deal they were running. She assured me that I would pay less if I did it thru my insurance and even showed me both prices so I could see it for myself. She also told me always to ask because some companies accept both insurance and promotions in one transaction. She didn’t try to rip me off either. She wasn’t there when I left, but I wish I got to tell her thank you & that she was awesome! The service industry needs more people like her!
