Aldo Shoes

There was a man named Kerron think was a salesman and was a African– American was a real a… hole. I asked him a simple question about the shoes prices ranging under $ 100 and gave me an attitude and told me I am not gonna check each of the shoes and tell me and ordered me to look myself. I still bought the two shoes ranging up to $ 200 cause I really needed it. That was the worst experience I had ever considering place like Aldo. Trust me I never put on a review but I had to this time.

Okay– two sales staff in the store, one was a manager. I needed to buy my husband a pair of shoes and I knew exactly what I was looking for. I found it, stood around until the staff were free to see if they had it in his size… they didn’t. So the displays were checked and were the size I needed. One had a scuff on it. I was asked to wait again as another customer there before me was being checked out, and consuming both of the staff’s attention… hello… I am trying to buy a pair of 110.00 dollar shoes here… in like… 5 minutes… not a half hour or more… finally it was my turn to actually have my needs taken care of. I showed them the scuff and the manager offerred a 15% discount off the price and to use the spray and brush herself to make the swade look better. It did, and I appreciated the discount — who doesn’t like to save money! All in all I give them a 3 Stars. Would have been 2, but +1 for giving me a discount and making the shoes look almost perfect. Nice save, and I will go back there to buy shoes again in the future… All of the shoes I have from this brand are comfortable and nice looking. I always get compliments on my shoes when I am wearing my Aldo’s!

You let me down, but that’s okay. I know there will be another time that I’ll be able to find exactly what I’m looking for.
It was really nice of the sales person to greet me even though there was a huge crowd of people here the day after Christmas. I thought it was nice and it even made me come back 20 minutes later to look again in case I missed something the first time.
I’m dreaming of a new pair of boots. Ones with wooden soles so you can hear me walk down the hallway at work. Maybe with a pointy toe. Is that too much to ask?
