Downtown Locker Room

I was shopping for Nike boots this evening in Towson mall and went to EVERY other shoe store in the mall before going into downtown locker room already knowing the horrible customer service I would receive. I entered dtlr and a female sales associate yells across the store from the register saying hello. The 3 idiot females remained behind the counter and not once approached me to offer any assistance. I walk up to the register as they are entertaining some guy with flyers and one associate was eating food. The guy leaves and one associate looks over at me and walks over the the one eating and begins talking as if I’m not standing there. The one eating finally opens her mouth to something other than eating to rudely ask «can I help you?» I then ask for the shoe in a 13 men’s and the same associate that yelled hello across the store goes to look for the shoes and while exiting the back yells the sizes they have as if it was too hard to come over and professionally explain that they don’t have the proper size and if she could help with anything else. When entering all other stores in the mall I’m immediately greeted and asked if I need any assistance and they are eager to appease the customer in a pleasant manner. DONT SHOP HERE! THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!

I had a lovely experience at DTLR of Towson mall. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would shop here again!
