Burger King

I was reading the reviews and the first one sticks out the most for me. I drove through today at 12:05 and had absolutely no cars in front of me. Placed order and when got to window was asked to pull around and it would be brought to me. I said ok but couldn’t understand why I couldn’t wait at the window. Not only did I have no one in front but no one behind me. I ordered 1 whopper with cheese that’s it.
Looking in the drive thru window the place wasn’t packed so once again it was funny being asked to move forward. About ten minutes go by and out comes my burger (which was good) and the lady says next time move your vehicle a little more forward. I still had no one behind me and was constantly checking if I had to move for another vehicle.
I wanted to say something but did not. I have been going to this location on and off for ten years and it is consistently slow and the personnel are rude. I find it amazing that this place stays in business. I find it amazing that I keep subjecting myself to the abuse.
The Taco Bell right down the road is efficient, friendly, sometimes too friendly and a pleasure to deal with. My humble recommendation is stay away from this Burger King. Hopefully I will read this and take my own advice.

Fast food. If I asked you to define the term, one dominant sentiment would be the speed of preparation and delivery. At this Burger King, their definition is missing the concept completely.
I went there in a pinch for my wife. The line of cars for the drive-​thru was 8 cars deep. Sitting there for 5 minutes, two cars pull out of line and go somewhere else. I creep up a few spots, thinking «yeah, they’re slow, but these quitters will help me get through this.» Wrong. Sat there for 15 more minutes. The only reason I hung in there was my commitment to being a true citizen of Unilocal.
Waiting in line I can see the drive thru is scuzzy looking, the outdoor menu is blah, and the service is what you would expect at a joint like this. I ordered one burger, with a few customizations, and they got the order right. But even if they topped my Whopper with diamonds, I’d still be aggravated to wait in my car for 20+ minutes for a burger.
Fast food can be bad. Fast food service can be sloppy and incoherent. BUT FAST FOOD CANNOT BE SLOW. Shame on you BK. Try harder.

Sometimes you just want burger king. Uusally these hankerings only occur late at night, but its best not to deny them. As far as service went, the line for the drive thru moved really quickly. My food came right away and was hot. The only issue, and for which I have take some points off is that they were out of cheese. It seemed unfathomable when they explained it to me, but I had traveled out already and it felt like it would be a wasted trip not to order anything, so I moved onward. While my sandwich was hot and tasty, that lack of cheese really took away from the whole experience. I would go back again if my craving returned, though there would have to be cheese available or I would likely hit the Taco Bell nearby.

I went back just to see if anything changed. NOPE. Rude front line service. Food on floor, greasy floors in the kitchen and dining area, soda buttons dirty from oil n dirt, a used bandaid on the floor by the condiment station, etc. To all stay away from this place. If the place looks like this, how is the food prepared???

Drive thru a little slow today. I just like the mango smoothie. I am not a big fan of the food. Customer service was just ok.

MOST HORRIBLE PEOPLE WORKING THERE. I asked can I have a bbq and sweet and sour sauce the guy in the drive through so NO!!! I was like wtf r u serious. Come on now. That was the rudest person I’ve ever encountered at a burger king. DO NOT GO HERE!!! What is wrong with the burger kings in Parkville.

Older burger king. Not particulary dirty but still drab. There is exactly one electrical outlet if u wanna use their free wifi
