If you want to get yelled at bc they can’t get your order right, have your receipt snatched, and then still have your order done wrong. Come here!
Unfriendly and very stupid staff. And my burger may have been taken straight from the freezer, where they apparently also keep their fries (at least it tastes like they do). Fuck you, McDonald’s on Loch Raven. You suck.

I’ve been to this McDonald’s once to get my daughter somering to eat. We came inside and the rest room was disgusting. The toilets would not even flush so you can imagine how disgusting they were. The French fries were cold and gross and the hamburger bun was hard. Probably won’t be back.

I come to this particular McDonalds on average once a month. I must be a glutton for punishment because every time I come here something I ordered (and paid for) is missing from my bag. I’m not sure how hard it is to read a screen and place the items listed on the screen into a bag, but I didn’t think it was difficult enough to cause such a high rate of failure. I can deal with long lines, bad attitudes and poor service, but it’s just unacceptable to not give me what I paid you for.

Recently renovated McDonald’s… pretty clean, has a PlayPlace (Kid’s playground) at this location. It also features dual-​lane drive-​thru.
Bad location though — located at a busy intersection of Taylor and Loch Raven near the bus stop… lots of teens and other sketchy individuals in or around this joint
Standard McDonald’s fare… when I ask for modifications like «no pickle» or whatever, it has always been smooth.
Wish I can give it 5 stars, but most of its patrons just make me a bit uncomfortable, wondering if I’ll get hustled/​mugged the moment I’m out of its door.

Do not eat here. We have been here several times but this time I and my husband got sick after we ate quarter pounder yesterday. We both got diarrhea and throw up. I am 100% sure it was from the quarter pounder that we got buy one get one free. We won’t go back there.

I have come to this location at least 10 times in the past 3 years, and each time the service has been horrible. I keep coming back because I assume I just get someone having a bad day. McDonalds stores typically aren’t that bad, so this always felt abnormal to me. In short, the management must suck McNuggets because the service here has been consistently atrocious.
Atrocious service would be described as:
— Failing to speak audibly when servicing customers at the drive thru
— Failing to be polite and use terms like «Thank You» along with the appropriate tone and enthusiasm
— Failing to make eye contact with customers (the alternative is cold and weird)
— Failing to have clean uniforms or hands (most shirts are caked with filth)
— Failing to deliver drive thru orders in less than 10 minutes (and they have a dual lane, dual window setup; this performance is inexcusable)
Since it’s McDonalds and the location is planted next to a very busy bus stop on Loch Raven and Taylor, it’s busy regardless of its poor performance. But I stand by my opinion that it is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to, and I’ve traveled the globe. Please avoid this place. If their service is anything like their food prep you might experience something much worse. In short, for this location to earn 2 stars, they’d have to close.

This place tends to get pretty busy, but the staff is always very friendly. A friendly staff at a fast food joint is hard to come by in these parts.

This McDonald’s has TWO drive thru lanes, kind of like a Checkers, though the service is pretty meh. The food is pretty meh. But it’s McDonalds… you can’t expect Ruth’s Chris!

I have always received fast and friendly service from this McDonalds.

Went thru the drive thru to pick up meal for the kids before the adults go out to eat. Order hot and made quickly. Great because I had things to do.
