This was a great retail experience a guy named mike helped me and was unbelievable he told me what shoe would work and which ones would not. He measured both my feet also put the shoes on for me and check the fit. I will be back to shop here

The selection at the Kenilworth location is always beautiful and the staff is even better. Each person I’ve worked with are knowledgable, patient and provide good olé good service.

Be prepared to wait, but the wait is worth it. It will cause a hole in your pocket as well, but then again hopefully worth it.
I could not find shoes at the Walking company, Aerosoles or at DSW that accommodated a foot issue. Tried the Mt Washington store before coming to the Kenilworth Dr store. At Kenilworth, Michael was the only staff in store and we waited at least a good 20 mins for him to serve us. He warmed up after an awkward start and worked hard to find a pair that fit the foot issue we had. He was fair to us and did not rush us even though other customers walked in (and waited like we had). His comments were witty, once we got the hang of them.
Much better selection and friendlier service than the Mt Washington store where the guy told me that my feet were «responsible» for not being able to find something that fit and looked okay. dude, i am not paying $ 200 plus tax for big ugly shoes to get that attitude.
