I’m not sure if bathing suits REALLY cost $ 180 or if they’re priced that way because of locale and branding. At any rate, I apparently started shopping(in May) way late in the season. Clearly I’m not that smart, I figured school was still in, and the the solstice hadn’t occurred yet so swimwear should be everywhere. Wrong! Someone told me about this magical store in Towson Town that only sold swimsuits, all… year… long. Horray! Needless to say, the selection IS extensive. All sizes, shapes, fits and cuts.(Though not much for you if you’re larger than a 16, which I’m not so, shew). The girl working was incredibly helpful in picking out things for me to try on, and I did leave with a very flattering one piece… for a million dollars it seems like. But hey, you need a suit, you need it to fit, you want it to look good, what are you gonna do?

I bought a pair of board shorts that were labelled incorrectly. They fit fairly well, but I always like to try on multiple sizes. As this pair was labelled XS, I didn’t think there was a smaller size, so I went with it. When I got them home, I noticed that the tag sewn into them said S. Aha! So there must be an XS out there. I went back to the store and they didn’t have the XS. However, they did offer to have it transferred from another store. They took my number and said they would call me. I figured, yeah right. When does that ever happen? They called twice and left messages for me that the XS shorts were in, on the day they said they would be in. The XS fit better, so I swapped them for the ones I bought. I know this doesn’t sound like much, but customer service has really fallen, and it was so refreshing to actually get quality service. Kudos to you folks! I will definitely shop with you again.
