I was unfortunate enough to buy a bridesmaid dress here. I felt there was an inability to communicate information. We were quoted 15 weeks, our dresses took around 20 weeks. The store said it was a delay with the designer which I fully recognize that is beyond their control. However, they did not communicate the change with us and didn’t’ seem to want to deal with us when we called for an update. We quickly approached the wedding date with no bridesmaids dresses, causing great angst among the group and specifically for the bride. Our dresses needed to be altered(as they were long) and we felt we were getting to crunch time. Brides have enough to worry about without the added stress of their bridesmaid’s dresses. They seemed disinterested in our concerns regarding timing and alterations and I felt I was a burden or annoyance every time I called. In the end, we got our dresses with enough time to have them all altered and ready for the big day, but not without significant stress along the way. Maybe I’m crazy, but I thought in this business customer care is what it’s all about.

I did not have a good experience at this shop. It seemed as though their selection was limited and you are unable to view any of the dresses, as they are located in the back. The staff wasn’t very helpful and seemed inconvenienced by myself and the group of ladies I brought with me. After an hour of being there, India said our appointment was over and didn’t even see us out, she just disappeared. I would not recommend this place. There are so many better bridal boutiques in the area with better selection and friendlier staff.
