Jupiter’s

Went there with hubby for lunch with a coupon. The gal who took our order was very pleasant. We split a turkey club (turkey was fresh but the bacon was so overcooked that it was beyond inedible. Must have been sitting for hours! We love Taharka ice cream and split a double sundae. The hot fudge was so hot that it burned my mouth on the first taste. When I complained to an older man who was working there (I think he was either the manager or owner) he did not even apologize about that, but said the fudge is supposed to be hot… how rude was that! I will not be returning there!

So I went there for the ice cream this time and I had the coffee chip and it was really good. I needed to make a 5 buck min for my CC so I also got a chocolate chip cookie since I had it there last time and it was really good. This time not so good. It tasted like it had been in freezer a while and had the flavor of other freezer foods like meat or cheese.

My sister and I were looking for a decent place to grab a quick breakfast we could take with us on our way to DC. We saw a sign advertising breakfast burritos and I had to stop in as I used to live in San Diego and Austin and am a huge fan of breakfast burritos! I got the egg, tomato and cheese burrito and my sister got the same and we were NOT disappointed! They were not only delicious but they were very affordable. We threw in muffin (we were hungry!) and orange juice and Zekes coffee and suffice to say there not a crumb left. I would highly recommend this local place to anyone looking for a great quick breakfast. Also, their coffee bar has free syrup flavored! Yummy! Can’t wait to come back for lunch. The menu looks awesome!
