McDonald’s

Don not go here late at night. Management is an absolute joke. I really don’t expect anything from mcd’s employees but who looked to be the manager wearing the red shirt needs a reality check. I asked about when they’ll have mozzarella sticks and this lady was howling from across the room towards the drive-​thru window in some sort of disbelief telling me to go to burger king — pretty sure I heard her say «we don’t have that shit». What a ridiculously unprofessional person. Food was hot but it took at least 10 minutes and they act like they are performing a service giving It to you. First time I had fast food in months, certainly will not ever go back to this ****hole.

At 1130 pm they closed the drive thru and tell people to come in. The doning area is filthy the beverage bar a disaster no napkins.
Seems to be enough employees. Young manager clueless not helping and oblivious to the world.
McD corp should come by this store.
Eat elsewhere.

Wow — a welcome that was underwhelming — not even a hello! The employee at this McDonald’s need to go back to school and learn some people skills. We stopped in for a hot fudge sundae and a dipped cone… In the middle of a heat wave in Baltimore, they did not have any dipped cones. So we went for hot fudge sundaes with double fudge. I had to question whether what she was giving us was actually double. She then topped off the sundaes with more hot fudge (althought it was not hot). A smile and being pleasant goes a long way in customer service.

Well they messed up my order on the drive-​thru. They gave me a premium wrap instead of the snack wrap i ordered.
A lot of people would think that’s a plus considering i got a premium wrap for the snack wrap price. But the wrap was missing the sauce and had ONE little tender in the whole wrap. If i paid $ 4.00 for this wrap. I would have been very very mad.
Also the 2 mcchickens i ordered tasted like TOTAL CRAP.

I’m a student at Towson University and have been eating here off and on for the past four years of school. Comparing McDonalds here in Towson to other restaurants across the nation I’ve been to with traveling, this one is great! It may have some generally slow and impolite employees most of the time but all-​in-​all, the restaurant has been recently renovated and cleaned up quite a bit. The service is generally really fast. Something that makes a difference is that most people in this restaurant respect you when your eating. Everyone tends to mind their own business, which makes it nicer to not have to worry about people looking and staring at you.
This restaurant should have four stars but I labeled it with three due to the employees that work here. They are rather slow and take their sweet time with a lot of their tasks, including serving you. Other than that, it’s a great collegetown McDonals.

Was going to go to the Five Guys next door for lunch (actually which I did go after I ate here at McD’s). I spotted their BOGO fish fillets and I got sucked in.
Overall, it’s a nice collegetown Mickey Dees… you know what you should be getting at a McDonald’s and this one delivers exactly what you expect.
If you don’t know, what to expect at McD’s, then I really can’t help you… at all. Please go see more of the world.

Solid, clean McD. Had any drink for a buck and ⁴⁹⁄₉₉ cent for plain/​dipped soft serve cones…

Why should I take the time to review a fast food restaurant, especially when there are so many other entries to be placed? It’s because I’ve ordered a lot of spicy McChicken’s in my time and I feel the need to compose a comparative analysis here on Unilocal.No, not really.
The spicy McChicken at this McDonald’s was actually probably the best I’ve had. As a McDonald’s connosseur, having eaten at stops from California to New York, I felt obligated to let the public know that whoever had crafted my sandwich had unknowingly perfected the perfect chicken to mayonnaise ratio. Too many times I’ve had globs of mayonnaise slathered onto the buns. Biting into those just made me feel disgusting. The mayonnaise is supposed to be spread lightly, enough to complement the chicken by providing a rather sweet component. Unfortunately, this would have been the perfect sandwich if not for the skimping of lettuce, important in establishing the crunch factor and giving the sandwich some texture.
Recommendation: Who can resist a $ 1 spicy sandwich loaded with protein?

Ended up going through the drive thru because it was next to Checkers. Ended up getting drinksonly because I had to hae a mango smoothie. Purchased other drinks also. Service with a smile.

Why would I give a McDonalds four stars? Basically because this location has a really friendly morning staff. So seldom will I actually eat McDonalds, but when I do, it’s usually here. My order comes out within minutes and again, really nice and competent people work here.

This place is horrible, not only will they repeat your order to you then when they give you the order they confirm again what you ordered. When you look at it, it’s completely the opposite. Avoid!

Milkshake! Can be very busy between 12 & 1 with lunch crowd from local businesses.

McDonalds? yes i’m reviewing this place!
